Good customer service, delivered my w/m to my 2nd floor flat.
It’s good to buy from a local retailer.

Always the personal service, able to give the delivery drivers information on how to find my Home about an hour before they came to me. Installed the washing machine, took the old one away. Lovely and quick and tidy.

Have been using Hanson Electrical for decades. Never buy elsewhere. Exemplary service, both in store, advice and delivery. Just taken delivery of a US style fridge freezer, to replace a similar one. We knew it would be complicated by the need to remove fridge doors to get through our doorways. Totally transparent planning, clear costings and immediate advice when I identified another potential glitch. Cannot fault their helpful attitude and professionalism. I was particularly impressed by the care and concern one delivery man had for his partner, ensuring he was OK when handling big heavy electrical items. Thank you! Until next time!!

We have recently had a new kitchen fitted by Hanson's, it wasn't a matter of just replacing old units/appliances as we had a wall removed between the kitchen and dining room by Hansons so it was a completely new design project which was undertaken by Chris. The design and building work/installation of new kitchen, done by Ant, was done to the highest standard, nothing was too much trouble at any stage of design or fitting as we changed our minds on colour several times and also asked for extra work doing along the way. We are absolutely delighted with the results and can't rate Hanson's highly enough. Thank you!

I required a built in oven/microwave/induction hob and an American fridge freezer.

Absolutely a 5 star company. Their prices are very competitive, their range of goods is as good as many bigger stores, and their level of service and working hard for customer satisfaction is second to none. Everybody is very pleasant and helpful, and Hull is lucky to have Hanson Electrical and Kitchens around.

Great price for the washing machine, recycling of old machine & removal of packaging. Excellent customer services arranging delivery & on the date I requested. Delivery was in the morning when I had been told it would be in the afternoon, but I was able to accommodate that & I'd rather the delivery be early than late. Efficient & friendly delivery drivers. Would shop there again.

We did choose a kitchen from Hanson’s as the choice and quality was amazing, Dave’s expert eye sealed the deal on our choice of Quartz, Chris and Steve gave excellent ideas to truly design an extremely bespoke kitchen to match everything and more that we wished for
The whole buying, installing and care during our kitchen experience was exceptional, the knowledge of the staff and being able to buy all our appliances in one place made choosing the kitchen such a lovely and easy experience.

This is a great example of why we need more companies like Hanson Electrical and not online shopping. I am single and I don't have a clue about appliances. The staff were amazing, the prices were very reasonable. They delivered quickly, installed and removed the old washing machine. A fantastic product, great delivery guys. I won't go anywhere else now. Come on guys support your local supplier, I couldn't have done it without them.

I ordered on the Friday evening and was sent an email almost immediately stating i could collect the next day. I collected later that week, and was helped into the van by the guys working there, no problems whatsoever.

Steve Hardy at Hansons planned and supplied our kitchen. We required a lot of additional building, electrical and plumbing work. Ant Renfree coordinated all the work, fitted the kitchen and carried out some additional work for us. Everything ran really smoothly, any issues were sorted quickly and professionally and the experience was made as stress free as possible for us. The kitchen is excellent quality and the work carried out by all the trades was of a really high standard. We love the finished kitchen. Would not hesitate to recommend Hansons and their contractors.
