Great item bought at a very competitive price. The two guys who delivered and installed my new dishwasher couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. I would definitely buy from Hanson Electrical again.

Fabulous service! My fridge freezer stopped working on the Sunday evening. I ordered online and received next day delivery before lunchtime.

Unfortunately we are into are second month of an incomplete kitchen and it looks like we may enter a third.

From the original design differing, to the units been different colours we are building quite an impressive list of snags.

Damaged units,
Exposed extractor fan
Quartz unit 10mm short all the way round
Wrong coloured panels
Units measured incorrectly

Rubbish been left behind for a couple of weeks.
Not delivering the kitchen when they said they would, resulting in taking time off work. Works planned moved further in the week with little notice.

On first attempt at complaining the kitchen manager, denied remembering conversations, tried to blame my husband for his mistakes, tried to reference other customers experiences in an attempt to make my claims feel irrelevant.

These complaints have since been addressed, all of which are been dealt with but not without compromise. I have damaged internal units propped up with wood, a make shift panel to hide an extractor fan, a smaller kitchen plan that I originally planned for, meaning I need decorators in to fix damaged walls.

We are currently waiting on the quartz company to re template and refit and more units coming from Germany.

Personally I wouldn’t recommend using this company unless your comfortable with having to complain and waiting 3 months for completion

We needed a new washing machine quickly after ours broke down. It was hard to find many places that had one in stock that could deliver next day but Hanson could. They even called us to advise us of morning delivery slot so we didn'thave to wait in all day. Very impressed and would definitely buy from them again.

Just had a kitchen installed which didn’t go exactly to plan,not the fault of Hansons I may add,but dealing with Chris at Hansons and Shane from their installers has been a very satisfying experience and my wife and I are very happy with the experience.

Great service. Ordered online and site was easy to navigate, delivery time was speedy (offering next day service for small fee). A courtesy call followed the next day to confirm order and delivery.

We have bought all of our kitchen appliances for the last 38 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. John dealt with our order of 2 ovens, island extractor and gas hob and a few weeks earlier a washing machine. The customer service is excellent, initially there was a delay in us receiving a pack of filters for the extractor, we were kept up to date with a couple of telephone calls and we didn’t have to wait more than a few days for them.
Hansons also supplied our new Dekton worktops, Chris was very helpful, always on hand to answer my (quite a few) queries.
My advice is - don’t bother buying from online national companies - go straight to Hansons.

Easy to order through the website and choose delivery date. Love that they call to give you estimated time when you order too. Took old appliance and packaging away and installed new dryer. Excellent and quick service
