Excellent and Professional
Whilst on my shifts I received news that my child's father had passed away and your colleagues Rachel Schofield from your support team made sure I was ok and the company sent their condolences. Also the staff Team at Stirling summer Sessions gigs Ross Steve Mike and the rest of the team were very professional and supportive. Couldn't fault them .
CONTINUOUS FEEDBACK
Feedback on every message was important to me. It shows the willingness to provide an assistance on the threads of query.
It was pleasant
It was pleasant, and simple, I think that the digital way makes the process much faster and I liked it, you also have all the open communication channels to resolve doubts quickly, efficiently and effectively.

*First of all, don’t be conned by the good reviews, most are visibly fake*
Now tried to confirm my shift for two different festivals without success. Sign-up suggests you just call anytime between 3-5pm on a designated day to confirm a shift you have been provisionally allocated. So first time round I call at 3:15pm and am placed on hold for 45 minutes, then it automatically hangs up, putting me at back of the queue. I call back, just to wait on hold another hour and then be hung up on, so I give up. I write to HAP only to find out they massively overbook and confirm shifts on a first come first serve basis. No regard for my time or even letting me know my place in the queue.
I try again for another festival with this in mind, calling at 2:58. Make it to 3:15 on hold before being automatically hung up on again. At that point, having again lost my place in the queue, it’s too late. I dial back and wait the remainder of the time until 5, with no success.
Horribly mismanaged check in service with no regard for people’s time and poor communication.
Give it a go if you want, but I was incredibly unimpressed and ultimately wasted about 5 hours of my time between sign up and waiting on hold without success despite doing everything I was told and calling early.

Very poorly ran company
Very poorly ran company - especially in Ireland. No etiquette or basic standards as a place of employment.
I’ve done it in the U.K. and in Ireland and the people who run/organise the Irish side are so incompetent and so useless that it makes your head hurt.
They overbook staff for events and then after you’ve wasted your time making your way to site, THEY SEND YOU HOME! No remorse, no care in the world.
They change your shift time without letting you know and then tell you you can’t work as they have enough stuff. They’re a joke of an employer and only people who are desperate for work, or fresh teenagers looking for anything they can call a job, would willingly associate themselves with this disgrace of an establishment.
They don’t even pay you correctly! I arrived 20 mins ahead of my shift time, the queues were SO long that it took me an hour to get accredited. Then there was ANOTHER queue to get wristbands!? Why not give them in the first queue? After all this, they don’t even sign you in yet! You have to sit on the grass waiting for ages (in my case an hour and 10 mins) before you’re then taken to your bar or place of work for the day. THEN you have to lineup to get signed in which takes another 20 mins. Got there 2:40, didn’t get signed in til 5:45. After giving it loads to HR and making them feel completely stupid, they finally agreed to pay for the waiting time. I mean?? Why wouldn’t you pay? Honestly, the Irish staff are id!ots. Don’t waste your time.
I have a full time job and only do this every now nd again and EVEN THEN, it’s still not worth it. Try constellation instead, they are a million times better

Stay away
They book you for shifts at festivals and give you a 20-minute break one hour into your shift. The worst part is they end your shift after 3 or 4 hours, and you have to wait for your transport home 7 hours later. If you have a shift at a festival at 12:30, they start sending people home at 3:30, saying there are too many people and "the bar isn't making enough profit!"
Why hire too many people, making us travel to a different county for only three-hour shifts? That's very poor management and shows they don't care about their employees.
Today, I started my shift at Longitude at 12:30pm, and at 3pm they ended my shift, even though I was supposed to work until 8 or 10pm. What kind of company makes you travel from far away to a place without public transport and leaves you stranded, waiting to go home 8 hours later? It's not a good place to work.
