So u ordered a phone case they sent me the wrong case, wrong color and then say I can have a 30%discount on a new case because it will cost to much to send back to CHINA...... so I'm out the money for a phone case that doesn't fit my phone.
Won't order from them again. They make you think they are a USA COMPANY BUT THEIR NOT...

Ordered 3X men's slacks. Got a size 1 if that exists. Couldn't get foot into them much less a 275 lb man. Returning.

I order a broom-looking squeegee that I thought might come in handy when mopping our floors. First, It took forever to arrive then when it did I thought how could it come in such a small bag. It had a telescoping handle that when fully extended looked like a toy for an eight-year-old child. And it wasn't cheap.

Very poor quality shoe items. Unable to contact support.

Happy shop or any of thr other names is a scam for sure they sold me a drone that didnt have antennas nd it flew up and away to china i opened the 🎮 nd xure enough the fold out antennas r fake and the sire one is barely 1" long ...total rip off

Ordered a drone. It was nothing like the advertisement. They showed a video of a guy hitting it and it kept flying. They said it has 4k video, it doesn't.
This company is playing in you not seeing the product before you get it. The old bait and switch

Ordered a pair of boots that looked amazing on their website with 5 star reviews. They are a complete piece of garbage....thin, light, plastic. Nothing like the photo on the website!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company.

Pay pal offered no support to get my money back from this scam company, luckily my bank have refunded me the money after seeing the trail of emails / messages to the company that have gone unanswered
Don’t send a penny / dime to this company, it is fraudulent in its ongoing advertising when they have no intention of sending you an item that you legitimately paid for

I bought 2 phone cases. Rec'd them around the beginning of the month. They are straight trash! The volume buttons don't fit my phone. Especially the turn down option. Upon opening the package, the black tape wasn't where it shoulda been. The tape that was supposed to hold the up and down buttons came loose from the side of the phone. I could do nothing to fix it. I threw both cases in the trash where they belong. A total waste of money! Wish I would have kept it to show anybody who wanted to order one. No way would I recommend!

Was a pice of garbage. Not at all what was advertised. Total rip off. World not refund because it was 1 day over there seven day refund policy. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company

I ordered waterproof gloves from them. When they arrived I tested it out. The back was waterproof. The palm side absorbs water better than a sponge.

Their description very much advertised these as waterproof. When I contacted them they offered a 10% refund or I could pay to ship them back to China.

Do not buy anything from them. Total scam.

Please don't order off the company. Scam written all of them and I had that feeling but placed an order for 55.00 and they charged my credit card 220.00. Emailed them and they refused to refund my money. Finally told them I was gonna report them to BBB. They emailed me back after 4 emails and said I they would refund me in 7-10 days. Called my credit card company they sent it to their fraudulent department and canceled my card.

I ordered a pair of boots from you guys $70 it took me a month to get them and when I did get them I didn't like the way they looked they look cheap

THIS IS ABOUT MY COMPLAINT AGAINST NON-DELIVERY AND NON-REFUND BY HAPPY SHOPPING. I AM YET TO EXPERIENCE TRUSTPILOT

Same as everyone else. A HORRIBLE SCAM. Product was cheaply made and completely different than advertised. They should be shut down permanently.

Not meaning to sound/be racist, but I've got to do better at identifying companies operating in China. 90% of the time I deal with them, I have an issue and end up losing money/getting scammed for garbage products AND service! This time it was for some leggings that LOOKED very nice on the website but were really awful upon arrival! The design was painted into the fabric to make it look like they were jeggings with front pockets, rivets and belt loops! WTH? The fabric feels like it will tear on the first washing and it actually does say "hand wash!" Of course they wouldn't refund my money (only 15%/$8.81 on a 67+ order with tax and shipping!) They let me keep the 3 pairs of jeggings - I'm so honored! 😒 I'm going to contact my credit card/PayPal company on this one. Not HAPPY with the business they should call the UNHAPPY store based on all of these complaints! I doubt that FB/Meta even knows/cares...

Item smells awful, very cheap, not lined at all ….boot heels are plastic. I asked to return and received an email stating that is too expensive to ship it back. Even they don’t want to pay to get their garbage products.

KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS. AFTER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY, SEVERAL ON HERE HAVE HAD THEIR ACCOUNTS HACKED AND MONEY TAKEN OUT. I HAD MONEY TAKEN OUT OF MY CREDIT, DEBIT AND SAVINGS ACCOUNTS AND HAD TO HAVE NEW ONES SET UP! ONE PERSON HAD $4,000 STOLEN OUT OF HERS!!!!! JUST KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR ACCOUNTS.
