I saw these waterproof short boots on Facebook. I ordered them mainly because the video showed each side opened up. First of all it took months tor receive them . I received then today , they have horrible chemical odor plus the have elastic on the sides & do not open widely. I have a high instep & wide foot. It said if my foot is wide to go a size up which i did & they are too big. I tried emailing them . It doesnt look the same as advertised. Very poor smelly quality + I only have 7 days from today to report this. I need a phone number to call them. Legit? I have my doubts.

I ordered 2 things in September, on the website it shows that it was delivered to a Surrey address, my address is in Abbotsford. I emailed them, on 10th of October. They said they would look for the courier. It’s been now over 3 months. After many emails I have given up, it’s been excuses after excuses.
Please don’t order from this company it’s a scam.

I did order a Drome orange and I receive something not even close what I did order plus take for ever to get home now I'm not happy so frustrated

First of all I would not rate them a 1-star if I did not have to in order to write this review. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND buying anything from this company. They are cheap and I ordered a $17 hair barrette that came with the decorative pieces not even glued onto the barrette. I contacted the company, and they will not refund me my money and only offered me a 15% off my next purchase. Are you kidding like I am going to buy more of their cheap, crappy products. They do not believe in pleasing the customer and once you order from them you are screwed and cannot recover your money. I repeatedly requested a refund, and they will not bend. My recommendation is tell your friends and family not to order their products. They advertise on Facebook that is where I found this barrette.

I purchased a flying doll from happyshopnow for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. The doll was defective. I sent them a video that showed it didn't work. They would not refund or replace it. They only offered a discount on another purchase.
I would not recommend buying anything from them. They sell defective products and don't take responsibility for them.

I ordered two sets of salt and pepper shakers and never received them. I got to feeling this was a scam when I saw they had taken $66.68 out of my bank, but no product. I am calling my bank tomorrow to start fraud proceedings.

I really would be giving a big 0 on this one. I looked at where company was based and it states TX. NOT TRUE!!! Product came from China.
Received boots and the smell was very overwhelming, the boots are very low quality, nothing like the pictures at all.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This is fake the set is from YouTube and one of the reviews said it was soft....when did Lego become soft? This is illegal....everything here is illegal it's just a scam and it disgusts me I mean this is just pathetic stealing other peoples images just to say that you sell it how low can you get?

“Happy Shopping. After much persistence, I received a 100% refund for a clothing purchase that proved to poorly made and much too small due to a very erroneous size chart on their website.
This company is purposely selling clothing that is very poorly made and the size chart is from a different world.
Their return window is only 7 days.
They make it almost impossible to return the product or to receive a refund.
I filed a complaint/investigation with my bank and informed the seller of the complaint. Within 2 days 100% of amount charged was back in my account.
They took your money….don’t let them get away with it. File an investigation with your bank.
Based on a statement on their website, they do NOT want you to contact your credit provider.
It’s Christmas time and they are cheating people out of money.

I think this business is scamming me. It's been 17 days since I placed my order which has not arrived. I contacted the company via email. They replied back that they would make sure I got my item in 3 to 4 weeks. I don't believe them. They are still selling the same item on line under a new name ionfinitely.com. I'm going to tell them i want my money back. And notify my credit card company.

I ordered a Robot from this company right after Thanksgiving are the 1st of December, but I haven’t received my order today is December 19, 2022 they mailed it out late, don’t put it on the postal service now they’re saying I should receive my order in 6to 10 days, so what an I going to tell my grandson that is looking for this robot, because that is what he asked for. Don’t order from this company if you need it right away.

How is it that facebook can investigate and "protect us" from politically incorrect posts, yet they let these clowns invade our facebook pages every time we open it?

I ordered 2 mops from this company. Both arrived broken. They were Christmas gifts so I didn’t open immediately. Needless to say, I had them 16 days before I found out that they were both broken. The company would not make it right. I’ll never order from this company again. Pathetic customer service! Don’t order from them. You’ll be disappointed!!

After reading some of the responses here, I've come to a realization that I, too, have been scammed. Before I go into detail, I have to also agree with some of the other reviewers that these scammer companies should absolutely NOT be allowed to advertise on any platform, specifically Facebook. This is completely and totally unacceptable. After seeing an ad for winter boots, I placed an order on 11/28/22 for 2 pairs. I received a confirmation for the order. After almost 2 weeks and no package, I reached out to the company and received a response email informing me that my package had been lost but that a new package would be sent out and that I would receive a tracking number in 1-2 days. Well, that never happened. I emailed "Jenny" at their customer service help address after another week with no tracking number provided as promised and I requested a full refund of the $73.89. After a short time, the response was an apology with a promise of refunding me 15% and STILL promising me my order.

I decided to look the company up, which I should have done BEFORE ordering to check the legitimacy. I just stumbled on this review site and based on everyone else's reviews, I realize I have made a horrible mistake, and that I probably won't see my money or my order any time soon.

Again, shame on Facebook and any other Meta platform for allowing sites like this to be advertised.

Ordered teeth whitening mousse that cost us $ 95.00 . It does not work and they do not give refunds because the product was made in Asia. . Offered us 10 percent back . Are you kidding , I spent 95.00 and they want to give me back $ 9.50 cents . That is out rageous it’s a total rip off . No one should deal with this company !!!! Mike and Pam Bulger

No Refunds!! A heated neck warmer that you have to stay connected to an outlet. You are like a dog on a leash. No moving around, just stay plugged in to an outlet. Junk.

Facebook should not be allowed to advertise from a company like this. Check things out before you let them post. This company is a total scam. Customer Service is horrible. No way to find a phone number to call. They did answer my email. I purchased a heated coat for my husband. It was so small it wouldn't even fit me. It had no battery! The wires just ended and connected to nothing. They said I could send it back to Asia but it would cost so much that they would offer me 15% back! I told them no way, I want my money back, and don't give me this Asia crap. They responded that they would give me 50%. I told them I would take it as a lesson learned. Research anything before you buy. I usually do, but this looked legit, so I stupidly ordered. Never again!

Happy Shop did not make me happy, because the product (an outdoor nativity kit) is made of ply board material (if put outdoors it will fall apart in wet weather), but advertised as plastic. It is not the size advertised at 4 feet (it's a table top about 1foot tall). It came without building instructions and cost too much (only worth no more then $10.00) for what I paid for $30.00.

I ordered off of Facebook some foundation makeup. The advertisement said nothing about it was made in China. The address was a California address. When I discovered in transit it was coming from China I wrote to them and told them I didn't want anything from China that would be used on my face, that I was not going to accept the package which is what I did when it came. They tried to reassure me the product was safe to use but due to the virus I told them I didn't want anything from China that you put on your skin, that I didn't trust them. They never once said to send it back to a different address. After I refused the package and I let them know it was rejected and was going back to them. They then said it was going back to the wrong address and they would only refund half my money, not 100%, only 50%!!! WRONG ADDRESS??? I DIDN'T EVEN ACCEPT IT!! IT WENT BACK TO WHERE IT CAME FROM! ANY REASONABLE PERSON WOULD ASSUME THAT! What legitimate company does that??!! and only gives you 50% in a refund! I had to go round and round with them to get 50% back!! They initially weren't going to give me anything back!! If I could give zero stars I would. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! By the way, Facebook would not help either.

Absolutely agree that this company is a scam. Paid way too much for a crappy product that I will not use. Tried to return the product and the best they could do is offer me a 25% refund, which essentially refunds the shipping fee I paid. DO NOT BUY from kozade.com
