Update: Air India Express has now confirmed in writing that only around ₹600 was deducted by the airline and the remaining refund amount was transferred to the travel partner. My concern remains that HappyFares represented ₹4700 as “Airline Penalty” instead of clearly identifying its own deductions or fare-policy retention.

However, we had also provided you with the option of a full refund in case you did not wish to proceed with the revised fare. Worst experience. They took my money but didn’t give the ticket. Now they are saying the ticket is cancelled. Customer care is very rude and not helpful at all. Very disappointing service.

Overall smooth and satisfying experience with booking a ticket. TBH I was slightly anxious as Google reviews mentioned sometimes payment fails or refund is not processed easily. I have NOT tried refund but booking was smooth and fast.

They were pretty good, the company is new and I like helping out those who go above and beyond, My flight got rescheduled thrice, I was notified and asked if i was comfortable to proceed. So it was customer centric and they sent me updates quite fast as well.
