I couldn't believe how quickly the suit arrived and the quality is just brilliant . Unfortunately I had to send my suit back as it didn't fit and will be having a replacement , again happy gentlemen went above and beyond to help and to get the order sorted as soon as possible. So not only good quality suits the company do everything to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

This is my first suit from this company. I have to say I’m very very satisfied by the look, feel and price of my new suit. I plan on buying more suits from the Happy Gentlemen.

Ordered the Grey Tartan suit, delivered within 5 days, unfortunately didn't fit, so contacted HG, re ordered the next size, excellent Comms from them and exchange suit arrived 4 days later, suit is absolutely value for money, will be definitely ordering from HG again, thankyou.

Looks great got here quick but doesn't fit. Need to exchange it for a bigger size or two

I ordered a size 40 suit and they sent me a size 10 kids suit. So I assumed it was a mistake as I verified my order and that I did indeed buy a size 40 suit.
They said they sent the correct suit but they will be willing to exchange the suit for a bigger one if it didn't fit. I told them I didn't need a bigger suit than a size 40, I needed what I ordered which was a 40! After over a week of back and forth they sent me a link to create a shipping label. When I did that, I was directed to a page that very clearly stated "if the red tag is missing we cannot exchange your suit"
So now I am not even sure if they're going to exchange it or not. Very frustrating they won't admit their mistake even after I sent them several photos of the suit. Don't waste your time with this place. Absolute letdown.

Jacket and waistcoat fitted well , the trousers however, had far too low a waistband , more like a hipband.. did not fit well at all, be better using more material and charging more, stitching and build quality were excellent.

I origionally ordered a suit of the wrong size. Happy Gentleman was very fast and easy to both have the suit returned and a new larger suit sent out. They kept me up to date and had great communication the whole way. The quality is great and I would definetly order from them again!

The delivery and quality suit is a 5 star. I'm still waiting on the exchange of pants option we had. But with the excellent service so far; I'm expecting the exchange soon.

What i ordered is not what I received in the mail. I ordered a trench coat and got a regular length coat.

The garments are fantastic and the customer service team was excellent. I highly recommend shopping with the Happy Gentleman.

Quality suits, i ordered three, fast delivery, had to exchange one suit due to size, was exchnged easily and quickly. Customer service spot on, would recommend.

Bought a 3 piece suit by Paul Andrew in navy , for my son on Thursday .. did the size check but came up small and I know he is a medium and reading the reviews I went up a size.i am so glad I did it came today and toke 2 days.. .. I can honestly say WOW.. The suit fitting perfect .. so I would say order a size up.. but the suit was amazing and looked so good and very well made .. I have recommended to friends .. just please take in account if in UK as I am that it is US sizes so go up one or two.. My son is 30/32 waist I ordered 34 and the whole suit fitting to perfection

Sizing way out

I still haven’t got my suit yet and it was supposed to arrive two days ago. Apparently it is still in Jakarta and I’m in Sydney Australia.

I’m just hoping it arrives in time for the wedding I ordered it for.
