This will be our second trip with HappyGringo.

Our trip to the Galapagos on the Tip Top II was great. Happy Gringo stepped in and took over the planing when another travel agent on North Caroline failed. Next time I will start with Happy Gringo.

Attention to the customer from the very first contact, quick reaction to our needs and requests. With Jonathan's assistance we were able to build customized 15 days Ecuador & Galapagos tour program in a week.

The Happy Gringo site has a wealth of information and we have been working with Jacky who is very responseful and knowledgeable. She professionally tailored a comprehensive land tour with transfers, excursions and accomodations for the Galapagos Islands that we would like to visit. We are looking forward to a great time and seeing the amazing wildlife/landscape in Ecuador this summer!

We thought trying to charter Natural Paradise in its entirety would be stressful but Jonathan made the experience pain free. He wasn't pushy when we were considering other options but gave us all the information we needed to make the right decision. Then he laid out exactly what we could expect from arrival to departure. Fabricio was super responsive over email and WhatsApp. He worked hard to find a trip that lined up with the fixed dates we had for travel and gave great advice along the way on trade-offs for sailing vs a land-based visit to the Galapagos. He was right on top of things when it came to book our flights in and out of Quito as well.

Jonathan has been extremely responsive and strong in his communications. I am especially impressed that he was the first to notify me of an airport closure in Quito, for which we needed to change our travel plans. Even though we did not book flights to/from Galapagos with Happy Gringo, he was looking out for us - that's the sign of a first class agent!

Our 1st time - David helped us decide what worked best for us. 8 day cruise on the Calipso. We did not scuba - The Calipso does 1 week dive/1 week land/snorkel. The crew was so fun and such hard workers! Our guide was Eduardo- so knowledgeable, fun, patient and friendly! Our itinerary was very impressive and we were able to see practically everything!
We then had 2 nights on San Cristóbal. We had day trips planned for both days but canceled the plans for the 1st day for some downtime/relaxation. Kicker Rock the 2nd day and again had an amazing trip! All of our transfers were timely and friendly. I had a little panic when we 1st arrived in Quito and David was so responsive and it was very early in the morning. Happy Gringo did an amazing job. Will book with them again and highly recommend!
