Laundry came back clean and fresh!
Laundry came back clean, nicely folded and organized. I am temporarily handicapped and cannot go up/down stairs so this service is quite convenient for me now. I will continue to use Happy Nest and highly recommend if you’re looking for a dependable laundry service that delivers quality and peace of mind.

With no telephone call to my land phone which I asked happynest to call because my cell phone is only for texting. As I told them my cell phone has spam alert and all calls do not come through. Today, the driver (who apparently cannot READ) called the cell. This caused me not to know the driver was here and thus, my clothes sat outside my apt door. For this, I was charged $15.00.
This is the second time, and that was $15.00. Moreover, the agent Brianna just told me the have listed another $15.00 they stole from me, for what e reason I do not know. Apparently, these unethical charges are a SCAM to enrich the company. Customer service is also flucked up. I rate Michigan’s happynest a 0 out of 10.
