I stopped using their service after 1 time
The laundry came back to me with other peoples underwear in the laundry bag and they were gross! I wonder who ended up with my expensive, non stained or ripped underwear. When I called customer service, I said they advertise washing your cloths separately, so how did this happen, and she said they fold on a common table, which they don't advertise. I can't take the chance on having my clothes end up in someone else's bag, so I stopped the service after 1 time. Also, the laundry did not smell fresh at all.

We did make multiple attempts to reach you after your initial contact; however, as your account was deleted and we did not receive a response, we were unfortunately unable to further investigate or assist. You also mentioned receiving items that did not belong to you. We kindly requested their return so we could ensure they were delivered to the rightful owner, but did not hear back.
While situations like this are extremely rare, if an error were to occur, it would most likely happen at the folding stage. That said, we have no documentation indicating that a mix-up took place with your order. If any items were missing, we would have greatly appreciated the opportunity to review additional details and work toward a resolution.
We understand your concerns and would have been more than willing to make this right had we been given the opportunity.

Great experience with Kenyon
We have had a great experience with HappyNest in Wake County. The level of professionalism with our driver Kenyon was stellar. The delivery service was prompt, and the customer service we experienced was 5/5 stars! Would definitely recommend this for families of all sizes, but it’s especially helpful for our large family.

I lost my favorite blouse…I almost didn’t send it but Happy Nest has done a great job. I’m disappointed because it cannot be replaced. Customer Service handled my complaint well. So far it hasn’t been located.

Since only one item was affected, it’s possible the oil-like staining became more visible during the drying process, which can sometimes bring out residue from everyday substances such as cooking oils or lotions.

Didn’t like it
The pickup and delivery service were perfect and everything was on time, so I appreciate that. Unfortunately, they felted and ruined more than one of my items, including a pair of $90 pants. Because of this, I won’t be using their service again. Very disappointing.

Certain items are not clean last delivery shoes still wet.
Certain items are not clean, I am not sure they separate whites. Also some items come back damp in a plastic bag and has a smell. Lastly, the laundry bags are not easy to untie a better model would be great. A plus they are very communicative about pick up and drop off! Makes my life easier.
