The clothes were folded neatly and returned the next day. The pickup time was off by 5 hours but this didn’t impact the schedule. Easy to schedule on app. Notified of the driver's location.

Picked up and delivered early and promptly. Everything was neatly folded with collared shirts on hangers and wrinkle free. Very reasonable prices. This is such an excellent way to relieve some of the stress of trying to keep my house in order. Thank you Happy Nest!

Do your research
Definitely not washed according to this site. The clothing was all stretched out as tho it was worn. Smelled like drug store perfume. First piece I saw was a very soiled long sleeve shirt. When I wash and either line dry or place in dryer the clothing is always a little snug and there is no way these were washed as they were hanging of my body and stretched out. Will not be back.

This was my first time using HappyNest
This was my first time using HappyNest. I started the wash/fold delivery service. Everything was great except they lost 3 items (fortunately easily replaced items). They were very responsive when I reported it and in the end the items were not to be found so they gave me a fair credit for next visit. I want to say their customer service is top notch and hated to only give 4 stars but there is next time.
