Jack and Toby arrived at 8:15ish am , super friendly and easygoing , instantly made me feel at ease and just got stuck in.
5 windows fitted perfectly on a very hot summers day without a grumble that I could hear !
Price wise , very competitive .. and the quality of the window frames , glass , vents etc on their own were worth every penny , so paired with the outstanding skills and services of Jack and Toby , Harbourside were the right choice !
This company came highly recommended by friends and I have now recommended them to my family.

Jack and Toby fitted all of our windows, sills, and a new front door. Throughout the whole process, they’ve been super helpful, polite, tidy, and have made an amazing effort. They’ve spoken through any technical details that initially miss the eye, which is super helpful to achieve a finish that’s desired. They arrived punctually, and got the job done quickly, and left the place tidy, making sure to avoid any damage to the existing interior. They’re also super friendly to chat to, and make the whole process a nicer experience.
I’d also like to praise James and all other members of the team at the sales department, who have been amazing with the number of quotes we’ve gone through to arrive at the perfect final outcome. Would definitely recommend.

Bless them both...on the hottest day of the year, so far, Jack and Toby returned for day 2 of my installation of whole house. It didn't help having a south facing garden and remaining windows were all out back 🥵 Turned up earlyier than previous visit, workplace left clean and tidy. They are both a credit not only to yr company but the trade in general. Highly recommend. Cheers boys.

I'd leave more stars if I could! From the initial visit by Phil, to the fitting and finishing by Jack and Toby, sheer professionalism! They are very friendly, courteous, respectful of your property, clean, tidy and knowledgeable. They take obvious pride in their work and the end result is fabulous! I won't hesitate to use them again.

I had a new upvc door fitted to my mobile home today by Jack and Toby ,they were on time, very professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of my property. They were very informative and very tidy. Will definitely recommend you as the whole experience has been easy and made me feel really comfortable with my choice. Had widow and door taken out by Jack and Toby new patio doors fitted , two such well mannered lads who done an excellent job , turned up on time and were very tidy and efficient would definitely recommend this company

Contacted Harbourside for a Quote for a new Conservatory. James called a likable young man, who seemed to know what he was talking about.
we received the Quote about a week later, which was way too expensive... more than £11,000 higher than the highest quote, and more than £10,000 more expensive than the other 3 quotes we received.
I can only assume that either Harbourside didn't want the work or someone made a mistake in pricing up that resulted in them not getting a job...
can't really say more than than that, but if getting a quote, make sure you shop around to get a feel for the price across at least 4 companies... We never went for the cheapest quote, and went with a local company who showed they could properly assess the work, and produced a quote with the correct specification for the groundworks and conservatory that was suitable and correct...

Had a bit of an issue due to the length of time it took to get fitted. However James resolved this for me and my door was fitted within a couple of days. The two lads who came were great.left everything nice and clean.

We have used harbourside twice now to fit are front and back windows including a front door, back door and patio doors. We received an excellent service and very good price. The after care has been excellent, If we have had any issues they have been straight out even after a couple of years since installation.

Their design advice and recommendations, were extremely informative and useful.
