My recent order arrived in good condition and and all there except I ordered mahogany beading and got light oak which the delivery driver insisted it was mahogany could not send it back as I was fitting it the next day
I ordered white upvc cladding for a ceiling and communication and fast delivery with a friendly helpful driver made the whole process EXCELLENT.
Provided a catalogue and card too and ordered more things the very next day when I realised it was a local company.
Great competitive prices, and easy to use website and communication.

I have a Rockdoor which has developed a fault. It has a 10 year guarantee. From when I first made my claim it has taken Rockdoor a year to replace my door. I would have given 4 stars but I feel there should have been better communication throughout my claim.
I am happy with my new door.
Would not advise a dark coloured door with a south facing aspect as I believe this contributed to the issue, if only I knew of this in advance. Rockdoor says that they have made improvements to their doors, only time will tell.
I used the chesterfield branch and I cannot think about enough. Good things to say about how friendly and helpful the staff were and how the customer service was. Absolutely beyond reproach and amazing......

PLEASE BE AWARE! I purchased a Rockdoor from these people in 2018, a composite top quality "Elite" range door. It's now bowed to the point that it's started to crack....after 6.5 years. These doors were sold as top quality, they definitely are not. The door has bowed so much that it's now cracking in several places, Gap are not interested at all. Please bear this in mind if you're considering using this company and read other 1* reviews of which there are many - it's extremely disappointing, I now have to buy a new door, surely it's reasonable to expect a door to last more than 6 years? Whatever else they say and whatever excuse they give, 6 years should not be the life of a Rockdoor..."a top brand" apparently. I'm in business, if I treated my customers like this I'd soon be out of business! Just extremely disappointed in a company that I thought was decent, I was wrong.
Please read other reviews about their doors, I am far from the only one who has had this experience, it's outrageous. When I told them I'd take them to court, the response was "go ahead".
Easy to use when online ordering, but what made it better was I miss ordered somethings I call my local store and they was very helpful and made it all so easy to charge

I’ve been in the Building Plastics industry running stores for over 20 years. It takes a lot to impress me but I must say Gap Wolverhampton are switched on, customer focused and a credit to the company. Whether it’s Adam the branch manager or Rob the sales manager- they treat every order big or small with the customer in mind. It a pleasure to deal with them.

I required assistance with invoice reconciling earlier today, and requested some assistance from the customer services personnel.
I was so pleased that my call was answered almost straight away, and that the extremely professional and polite lady provided both answers and solutions to my issues raised.
Within minutes invoices were retrieved and detailed information confirmed - and with no fuss at all.
What a refreshing change!

The doors we installed look amazing and are very well built. I am not a fan of the new Coupling bars, they don't seem to be wide enough for the frame. This making it difficult to install with concrete fixings.

A new plastic supplier to the glazing trade opened up in Kettering called Gap only a few doors down from the regular supplier I've been using for years, one day my supplier didn't have a certain item in stock that I required, so had no choice but to walk a few doors down to the new supplier to see if they had it in stock which they did, at first glance the staff seem to be friendly and helpful, I also asked for a quote on 2 French doors which they told me they will email me the quotes, they also asked me where I normally get my supplies from, I told them I've used the company up the road for years and I have a 30 days account there, the staff offered to price match and also can get me setup on a 30 days account,sounded all good to me, they offered to email me a credit application form which I did receive, was a lengthy form, asked me all the questions as to how long been trading, bank details and 2 trade references which was all provided and submitted, next day I got a email from Gap credit control with the outcome of my application, wasn't good news as they informed me that I need to have spent in the region of £1000 with them before they could consider my application, this was very annoying as i never had these issues with any of the other companies who i hold accounts with in the area. This was not explained to me by the staff on the initial contract with them, Instead the staff totally misled me and wasted my time and made me providing personal details. I have been trading since 1985 without any financial issues, I also explained all this to the staff in the shop and was told they will look into it, so far i've had no response regarding this issue or the quotes for the 2 French doors they promised me, my advise best to stick to a reputable company and avoid being misled from these clowns.
