Again, I am giving a lower rating because while the website allows the shopper to choose which language they want, all the email correspondence comes in a German. I do not speak German, I do not live in a German speaking part of Switzerland. In addition when I asked to return the product, I then got a message telling me that my product was on the way before I took them to the post.

Package not received, not addressed correctly.
For the moment, I have to give 2 stars, as my package was sent in a timely manner, but was not delivered. I've added a company name to the shipping address, but that was not printed on the label (according to Swiss Post), hence the package was sent back. I wrote an e-mail to Hardloop, but so far (3 days), no reply what so ever. I've paid the shoes, but I don't have them, because of an unnecessary mistake. I would appreciate any information from Hardloop ASAP.
