Long delivery time, received just 1 product out of 2
I ordered two Helms. After about two weeks, I received an email saying that my order would be delayed. A few more weeks passed with no updates, so I had to contact them myself to ask about the status. They replied that one item would be shipped soon, but I would have to wait longer for the second one.
A few days later, I got an email saying that both items had been shipped. However, I received only one. The same email even asked me how satisfied I was with the products, so I had to write back again to clarify that I had received only one, even though the email stated otherwise.
Then they told me they were having supply issues with the second item from another supplier and were unable to deliver it — so they would refund me instead.
So in the end, I received 1 out of 2 items I ordered, after about 1.5 months, and only because I kept following up. I always had to ask what the next steps were — there was no clear communication from their side.
Maybe I saved a few CHF because the price was better than other shops, but the experience was really disappointing. I won't be ordering again.

The products we received were of good…
The products we received were of good quality. However we ordered 3 items and only received 2 because 1 was out of stock. We received a refund for the 3rd item but the postage cost remained the same, so the 2 items we received actually cost us a bit more in total. And Now if we want to reorder the 3rd item, we would have to pay postage on it again unless we spend a lot more to get free postage. So actually, it was not a good deal for us.
