I ordered 64 GB of DDR5 CL30 6000 MHz dual-channel RAM from this place for €700, which I prepaid. At the time, this was a great deal—around €500 below the market price.
Within a few minutes of placing the order, they contacted me to explain that the RAM was OEM and to make sure I understood the implications. I told them I was fine with that. However, when they heard that I wanted to use it for my first PC build, they initially refused to send me the RAM unless I also bought the motherboard and CPU from them even though they knew i already bought those elsewhere. Otherwise, they said they would cancel the order and give me a full refund.
They also don't accept regular phone calls unless you pay €60 for a "consultation." I ended up paying for one, and during that conversation I managed to convince them to send me the RAM on its own.
From what I understand, the main reason for their unusual approach is that they're a very small team and simply don't have the capacity to deal with a lot of returns or troubleshooting from customers who may have compatibility issues. The compatibility issue in this case being enabling expo...
In the end though they sent the ram through PostNL which was a terrible delivery experience but in the end it arrived (2 days late without updates) but the ram works perfect and i have no complaints to make on technical on budgetfronts.
I would still definitely recommend this place for anyone trying to build a quality budget sensitive build in this current terrible economic time for pc builders. especially if you dont mind second hand components because they test all the stuff they sell.
