Hardy did not stand by their warranty and offered a 50% discount on a new rod instead of replacing the broken tip or replacing the rod if they did not have the required tip. Like most other customers I assumed that Hardy would stand by their WW warranty as other major manufacturers do. They do not !
This company ran away from their Lifetime warranty when my Hardy Zephrus rod was broken while fishing. They offer 50% discount on another Hardy rod instead of living up to their obligations. I will never trust them again and will never buy another product from this shitty company.
