Avoid at all costs. I signed up to do teeth whitening with them and felt pressured by Kerry into signing up with them over the phone, then staying on the line until the money was paid. I then felt pressured by Trinity into buying aftercare kits at a cost of £590 and almost 2 months after ordering them, they still haven’t arrived. I’ve chased numerous times and either had no response, or a one word ‘hello’ message from Trinity and nothing else. Then I emailed and manager Kirsty offered to send me unbranded kits in meantime, making excuses why the kits I ordered had never arrived. I declined the offer for unbranded kits and asked for a refund. I have since been ghosted. Do NOT sign up to train with this company.

I trained with Harley Street Smiles and had such a great experience. The team are incredibly professional, welcoming, and supportive from start to finish. The training was thorough and easy to follow, and I felt confident going into it. They also continue to offer support after training, which makes a big difference. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get into the industry.

Don’t choose this company , avoid at all cost .i had 2 experiences with this company and i am not having anymore to do with them . They even gave me a call when i gave them a bad review and asked me to delete the review which i did and again they did the same thing . I have ordered 600£ materials from them and i haven’t received them yet .They will find the worst excuses ever.
This is second time that’s happening. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST .

Extremely welcoming team, made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in. I have always been a little apprehensive about having my teeth whitened as I have very sensitive teeth, however, Trinity reassured me and the results were amazing! No sensitivity and fast noticeable results, I have had so many compliments and it has really increased my confidence.

Harley street Smile is one the best and most comfortable training processes I’ve ever been through. Would definitely recommend as a uni student they have been so flexible band understanding :)

I think this a great deal to get your teeth whitening business set up. Just nice and simple and straight forward and how you would want it. The lady that I spoke with in the Harley street smiles team was very helpful to give me the step by step help I needed to set up ! Couldn’t be more happy all reviews are great bare one review which I couldn’t believe why cuz it’s honestly great … Harley street smiles all the way 5 star !!!

Harassed me no end into paying a deposit for the course they offer for teeth whitening. I figured why not, overall reviews are good. So I gave it a shot.

On payment completion, via the in -house payment option, I was refused any paperwork, no access to any account and mis-led in the fact that you need to pay it all upfront and then you can have the course and training. Something I wouldn’t have gone forward with if I’d been told this. Very much led to believe it would be sent to me and I’d start training that month.
Thankfully I kept all messages and voice notes from the deplorable woman I was speaking to.
I am now perusing a chargeback via my credit card company.
All offers of reconciliation and refund have been ignored. Tired of dealing with them.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but this course surprised me in the best way. Everything was explained simply, the kit is amazing, and the support team reply super fast. Honestly a 10/10 experience.

Exceptional level of training and compliance. The modules were structured clearly and the support afterwards has been invaluable. Highly recommended for anyone entering the whitening industry.

I was so thrilled with my training and service honestly it was the best decision I made. You are given everything you need to get started and I found the technical support really good as I’m not computer savvy but they help me so much with this and gave me all the content I needed and simple step by step guide on my socials

I had a very disappointing experience with Harley Street Smiles, based in Cardinal Square, Nottingham Road, Derby. I booked and paid in advance for a package of 5 teeth whitening sessions based on the promising claims and “before and after” images on their website — which, in my opinion, are highly misleading and do not reflect real or lasting results.

From the very first appointment, things went wrong. Despite having paid, they didn’t have my booking on their system. I had to leave and make another trip back, which was extremely inconvenient.

I went ahead with the treatment, hoping it would be worth it. After the first session, my teeth did not lighten evenly — in fact, there was little to no change at all. After the second session, still seeing no visible improvement, I contacted the manager to request a partial refund for the remaining three sessions due to my growing dissatisfaction.

To my surprise, I was told that the service was non-refundable because it was booked as part of a "discounted offer" — something that was never made clear either verbally or anywhere on their website. Instead of a refund, they offered me home whitening syringes and aftercare, which were just as ineffective as the in-clinic treatment. None of the products seemed to contain any real active ingredients like hydrogen peroxide.

I exchanged a few messages with the manager via WhatsApp but was eventually ignored. I even gave them another opportunity to resolve the matter professionally before deciding to leave this review and warn others.

To confirm my suspicions, I recently underwent whitening treatment at a different clinic and got fantastic results quickly and at a lower cost. This proves that Harley Street Smiles simply do not deliver what they promise. In my experience, their treatments are ineffective, their advertising is misleading, and their customer service is dismissive at best.

I would strongly urge others to avoid this clinic. Don’t waste your time and money like I did.

This company is a rotten tomato. They literally harassed me for months to get on their dumb course, bragging about how I'll make loads of money from it, and I'll never be broke again only to take my money and not even send a piece of paper confirming . No contact nothing sent . Just harassed me like a drug addict until that cash was in her account! That money could be for my child to eat. The audacity to take money out of my child's mouth, literally for their lack of bookings or interest in their company. Low profit or whatever. I hope she goes bust! Kerry the main head huncho who is a gas lighting manipulative witch refuse to refund me "because its on the webpage" is a disgusting human being
She knows full well I'm going to trash them on social media if I don't get my money back and they chose to be trashed and attempt to get me in trouble lol rather than refund a poxy £180
