The quality and the fit are absolutely amazing. I went in weary, not knowing exactly what to expect, and I am 100% pleasantly surprised. They look and feel like they are from a high end boutique. I have received so many compliments on both sweaters. I normally wear a medium in sweaters, I like a bit loose, and they are very true to size. They fit perfectly, and will absolutely be ordering again soon!

Please save your money .. international company so it takes a month to get your order which includes crappy quality clothes. You can’t return .. they just bargain with you to give you some money back and you keep. Thankfully PayPal helped me.

I would choose ZERO stars if this was an option. My order arrived, it is TERRIBLE quality, feels gross and not the material they advertise, definitely not worth what they are charging. Customer service is the WORST i've experienced, no phone number to call just email and their responses take days. they claim 24/7 customer service but take days to respond as soon as you want a refund. I see another reviewer was also asked to send photos, they told me that too and i refused. pretty sure i will not be getting my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

As others have advised, steer clear. I ordered 3 sweaters which took quite a long time to be delivered. The material is thin and itchy, so I asked for authorization for return and a full refund on the day the items arrived. I got a response after a few days asking for pictures. Of what? I have been emailing each day, asking for authorization to return for a full refund and am now inquiring as to whether I need to involve my credit card company and/or take legal action as they are not responding.My order # is 2243755
Update - after multiple emails, each taking several days for Harlora to respond to, they initially offered me $10. They upped the offer a few times after I told them that their website said that they DID have a location in the U.S. I needed to get the credit card company involved to dispute the charge & get a full refund.

Fast shipping and quality clothing. I was worried everything would be cheap and too small but I was excited to learn that everything was good quality and true to size.

Easy website to navigate and received purchase in a timely manner but item is not how it looked in the pictures. Sweater is much thinner material that anticipated and colors are off. Would not have purchased it for the amount paid if I knew what I would be getting.
