Fraud - be aware - Fraud!!!

It is fraud company!!!
I have ordered (silly me..should have checked reviews first) a pair of shoes. In two weeks I contacted customer service via email (no phone on the web site) asking about progress. In about 10 days the feedback received that there were no my size available. So they offered instead completely different shoes. I refused and requested refund. They responded in another week or so that their Finance were not avaiable...And some other rubish like this.
So I lost my money.
The most furios thing they kept sending me emails with offers until I unsubscribed.
I just came to the point I will not trust and send money to any company prior to checking reviews.
Unbelievable that there is nothing we can do with them...

Appalling Company (In our opinion).

I recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. My wife bought a pair of shoes from their on-line store. When they arrived, they were the wrong size.

The company refused to replace them with the correct size unless she paid an additional £8.99 to ship them to China.

Added to this, the quality of the shoes was appalling, in our opinion. She did not feel they were worth the money charged and certainly didn't feel they were worth a further £8.99 to get the correct size!

Strongly recommend that you find somewhere else to purchase shoes from. This company did not feel it necessary to comply with UK consumer protection laws which clearly require this sort of problem to be resolved without additional cost to the consumer.

We have raised this issue with the company directly but they are not prepared to change their position. Disappointing that we will now have to follow this up in the small claims court.

Avoid at all cost.

Delivery took ages. The company is based in china so don’t be fooled by London in the name.

Delivered wrong size.

Offered that I keep the shoes but contribute an amount to buy another pair of shoes.

Or

To return you have to send back to china.

Apparently there customer service is really busy so there is a delay in communication.

AVOID AVOID! Yet more scammers trading from China!

Bit concerned that no other reviews on here. Ordered a pair of their shoes which duly arrived but are too small. (Despite ordering a half size larger than my usual as they looked narrow.) Despite them saying they do returns, you have to email them for the address which seems suspicious in itself. 2 days later, no response to my email.

Watch this space.

Suspicions confirmed. Total scammers.
Hadn’t previously mentioned what poor quality these shoes are and definitely NOT the ‘vintage leather’ described. In addition, rather than a protective shoe-box, they arrived roughly wrapped in bubble wrap and in a plastic bag resulting in the toes being dented.

When finally got replies to various emails, was made various offers of credit notes/ discounts but still not told return address. Only after processed a claim through Paypal, did they give me an address in, of course, China.

Correctly advised return would be expensive and offered 50% refund which agreed to as I reckon, I’m as well cutting my losses since no guarantees of refund at all if I pay to return to China.

I believe these scammers are also trading as Harper London from all the similar reviews on Trustpilot.

Lesson learned. Will report if I even receive the 50% refund!
