Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 85 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers found the products to be of extremely poor quality, often describing them as cheap plastic or "tat" that did not resemble the advertised items. People frequently reported that items advertised as precious metals like gold or silver were actually base metals, sometimes causing skin discoloration. The value for money was consistently criticized, with many feeling they paid excessive postage for items that were essentially worthless or could be found much cheaper elsewhere. Reviewers also experienced significant issues with delivery, noting long waiting times and discrepancies in tracking information. Some people were dissatisfied with the customer service response when they raised concerns about the product quality.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. Waited over 3 weeks for delivery and not worth the wait. I will say that Sophie on their customer service was very nice helpful and polite. However Sophie I think you deserve to work for a proper company and not this scam.

At the price offered

At the price offered, i knew it was fake, but expected a good quality costume ring. The suggested retail price is reflective of proper materials and stones, i'm not that daft. I recieved the ring 23 days after ordering, considering you ONLY pay for postage at that price it should have been days. Yrs the ring looked good, but despite ordering the correct size, was 2 sizes too small. It did fit on the pinky finger so whilst not for the intended digit, i could still wear it. After a few days 4 fake stones fell out then one dsy whilst washing my hands the ring seperated (it was one of those spinning rings) and whilst i have the base of the ring i have nothing else, it broke.
The one star i leave is because no negative stars are available

I wouldn't even give it 1 star if I had the option. THIS IS A SCAM and does not look like jewellery that would cost £179, especially if your finger turns green after wearing it!!! Do not waste your money as delivery is near £60!!!!

I ordered some earrings and they arrived and looked as the photo advertised. I then ordered 2 more items, one being a mystery item supposedly picked specially by Marie...... when these items eventually arrived they looked nothing like the advert and the mystery item was just a piece of absolute tat I wouldn't pay anything for.
I emailed them and they said there jewellery is only ever costume jewellery and sorry I was disappointed... they gave me 10% back as a gesture of goodwill.
Just a load of rubbish so please don't waste your time or money.
A very misleading advert that you think is in the UK but is in fact in China. Beware

I would give a minus if I could

I would give a minus if I could. 3 items of "free" jewellery said to be worth £200 +, for £33 postage. On Shein the ring cost 87p, a necklace set £1.37 and a bracelet set £1.67. A total fraud!! Scammers. I shall report them for fraud. AVOID!!

Rubbish for nothing apart from postage costs!!

What an appalling mistake I made by falling for the story of retiring people almost giving away their gold jewellery!!Just pay the postage and youve got some beautiful gold ! Waited for it eagerly and what arrived is just gaudy cheap tat! How was I conned so easily? I am 81 and thought I was savvy but its really taught me a lesson! Why on earth do companies do this? More to the point, why do they get off with it, as they should be charged with false advertising!
