Absolutely fantastic for start to finish

Delivered as advertised love it.

Contacted Harry through chat after seeing their advert online. Harry advised me to pop in store to try the mattresses. He gave instructions how to get to the store and customer car park. On the day we visited Paul welcomed us and advised on all product and we ended up buying the Silk & Cashmere extra firm mattress. Super easy to change delivery date if you have to and prompt delivery. Packaging of the mattress is outstanding well protected. I have recived personal message from Harry how to actually look after the mattress meaning to flip it over regularly and turn it with that you can make sure it last longer. Mattress was delivered yesterday we are very happy with our purchase. A company you can rely on. A real 💎 . Professional, friendly and everything you would expect from a well managed business. Absolutely superb customer service from the team. The original delivery team were unable to get the mattress up the staircase (it’s got low head height and a bend), so Harry Benmore paid for a local removal crew to sort it for us. Great communication from start to finish and we have a fantastic bed!

I recently purchased a 3ft silk & cashmere (firmer) from Harry via the website. It was delivered swiftly and without any hassle. Unfortunately I found it too firm and I asked for Harry’s advice on what to do. After giving it a couple of weeks for the springs to soften a little, it was still too firm for me, so without any quibble, it was swapped out for a softer one.

Again, the process was hassle free, quick and simple. The courier couldn’t have been better and as for the new mattress, well, it’s the best thing ever. It’s just so comfortable. I think the firmer mattress would’ve been perfect for someone a little younger, but old bones need a little give and the softer mattress provides just that. It couldn’t be more perfect.

I’m always sceptical about buying such things online but reading the positive comments on Harry’s Facebook page convinced me to take the plunge and I’m so glad I did. Customer service is truly second to none - faultless. There are many businesses out there who could learn a thing or two from how Harry runs his business. And as for the product - it is absolutely first class, I really could not be happier. Thank you so much!

Buying a mattress is never easy, but with the guidance and advice received from Harry directly, it was it was a breeze.
As we live in a Georgian property, with limited door height, we decided on a 6'0 Silk & Cashmere Zip & Link mattress.
We now have been sleeping on the mattress for just over a month and could not be happier. (A proper mattress, top quality and at a good price.)
We can highly recommend Harry Benmore.

What a great company to do business with. Incredibly helpful advice choosing a suitable mattress for me. I went for a silk and cashmere traditionally made mattress. Really wanted to use a British company and Harry Benmore was exactly what I was looking for. Couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Mattress arrived exactly when I was advised it would be with excellent communication from their very kind delivery drivers. The mattress was brought in with no fuss and the old one removed very efficiently by the lovely, friendly delivery guys.
I’ve had my mattress for just two weeks now and I’m delighted with it.( Great choice Harry. ) I hadn’t realised just how badly I needed a new mattress! I’m recovering from knee surgery and also have spinal issues and Harry’s recommendation is perfect for me. Can’t emphasise enough just how nice it is to be so comfortable in my new bed. Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this Yorkshire company and their customer service ( sadly lacking these days) is just second to none. Thank you so much.

One the best experience of shopping mattresses. I ordered 3 double bed mattresses. Harry had been really helpful with getting it delivered just a couple of days before Christmas. The quality of the mattresses is amazing. Not overpriced at all like big stores and with amazing quality.

We’ve been sleeping on the Hybrid PRO mattress from Harry for about a month now and are delighted.

It’s genuinely very comfortable and feels of high quality.

Customer service was excellent, as was delivery. The price we paid felt fair.

I cant comment on the mattress yet as I have only just had it delivered. However, the firm that delivered it, had 2 extremely helpful and courteous employees who kindly took the mattress upstairs for me. Old fashioned values from a modern day company........rare to find these days.

From start to finish it was an awesome customer experience, I used watsapp to speak with Harry and I asked questions about what mattress to choose and was asked questions in return so together we could work out which was the best mattress choice for me.
Communication was great I had emails and texts keeping me informed and I was given a 3 hr delivery window. The mattress was delivered yesterday without incident to the room of choice and my old mattress was taken away. The end to end process took around a week. My mattress is the hybrid pro -medium tension, I’d recommend Harry Benmore Mattress Maker to anyone & most importantly my new mattress is very very comfortable, just call me Rip can Winkle from now on.

Ordered a super king hybrid mattress, arrived 9 days later. We are side sleepers and this mattress did the trick. First night felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Great nights sleep, partner had no back ache and my shoulder felt great. Only downside was with the courier guys who tried to leave the mattress in our downstairs hallway until I pointed out it should be taken to our room of choice. Otherwise Thank you for making us a great mattress 😁

Perfect customer service. Great, prompt delivery service and as for the mattress itself it is perfect. We are finally getting a good comfortable nights sleep with no joint pain or restlessness. We bought the king size med/ firm cotton and wool mattress.
After the awful saggy hot Emma memory foam that was only a couple of years old this new mattress is a joy to sleep on.
I can’t rate this company or its products highly enough.

Michael , and Harry, you have humbled an ANCIENT MAN, A WARRIOR , A BLOKE whose English born 1906 father ( Edwardian ) and Italian Mamma ( 1913) taught me principles manners and respect. I will be 70 in June , and your customer experience has been quintessential, of the 5th essence . I'm loquacious , educated, and having being born in Durban , Natal , RSA in 1956, served with forces in the military ( Angolan war 1975/1976) Harry Benmore and Michael Benmore Are the gold standard, I did not expect anything after the free collection, my seeking the CORRECT bedding ' natural fibres ' to compliment and augment my HARRY BENMORE ALPACA DOUBLE, resulted in me sending you a photo , for approval, your risposte was , 'gob smacking ' to quote ' Essex parlance '😂😊😊. As a loquacious Italian, Im lost for words , THE BENMORE FAMILY have shown ; concern , care, appreciation, and as my late British English dad would say ; MADE IN BRITAIN . You have exceeded my expectations, you have humbled an ancient septugenerian. Grazie dal cuore ❤️

Ordered the Cashmere and Silk mattress, Medium/soft from Harry. After only three nights I can’t believe the difference in my sleep and aches and pains! Communication and advice from Harry was excellent. Delivery was on time and very efficient. Can’t recommend Harry Benmore mattresses highly enough!

I first got a hybrid pro medium but found it a bit too soft. Asked to change it to the medium firm and that was no problem whatsoever and arrived in seven days. The mattress is fantastic quality and beautifully made. I’ve been sleeping on the new one for a few nights now and it’s absolute heaven. Probably the best mattress I’ve ever owned.

I Don't know where to start. Harry is exceptional. The customer service is absolutely brilliant from the first phonecall to the delivery and beyond. Excellent service from start to finish. I purchased the Hybrid Pro from Harry. Found it a little too firm. Harry kindly exchanged it. After a spell in hospital I experienced a problem with sleeping comfortably. Harry to the rescue again. Harry, you are amazing!! You go above and beyond each time and you not only go the extra mile, you go the extra ten. I have recommended you to my friends and will keep on recommending you. Anybody looking for a mattress then look no further than the amazing Harry Benmore.

Purchased an Alpaca firmer mattress from Harry and it is wonderful. The service was above and beyond with Harry happy to give me extensive advice and help over a weekend. He always replied very quickly to any questions and there was never any suggestion of a hard sell or persuasion. The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable. Harry was very helpful in advising which level of firmness to go for. 100% recommended and priced well given the quality of the mattresses.

Mattress arrived and it's been 4 nights of bliss. I have slept better then I have for months. I had the hybrid pro medium to firm. Definately the best mattress I have ever bought. Recommend 100%.
