Fantastic service.

Harry was so helpful and asked questions no other mattress supplier has before including sleep position, problem areas etc.

He then made his recommendation which was not the most expensive option.

Mattress was delivered two weeks after order as advised at time of order.

The mattress is incredibly comfortable and I have had much better sleep.

The experience from start to finish has been friendly, helpful and totally professional.

I thoroughly recommend.

From the first point of communication to the delivery and of course the mattress was 100% perfect

I would never normally order a mattress without first physically going to a shop to try but the 100 day no quibble return policy lured me in

After chatting with Harry and his team via WhatsApp I went with his recommendation for the hybrid pro mattress

We are 6 weeks into trying it out we absolutely love it the quality of workmanship is superb and the comfort level is of the chart its like sleeping on a cloud

Im a hot sleeper and based on Harry's recommendation on the hybrid pro the top layers keep me cool through the night

Also as a side note I took a couple of months to decide from point of contact there was no " following up" contact ,no pressure sales which i truly appreciated

If anyone is debating whether to buy from this company just go for it you won't be disappointed

I can’t find enough words to praise Harry. I needed a quick solution because I had left it too late to order a mattress, and he went above and beyond, checking every possible way to get the mattress to me on time.

He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. He was constantly replying to my messages with voice notes, even over the weekend.

I can’t begin to say how amazing Harry is. From the very first contact his customer service has been exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable, replies quickly on WhatsApp with voice notes and messages, and genuinely takes the time to help and advise you properly.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and you can tell he really cares about what he does and about helping people sleep better. The quality of his mattresses is excellent and his level of support and service is honestly one of the best I’ve experienced.

If you’re looking for someone who truly stands behind their product and goes above and beyond to help, I can’t recommend Harry highly enough.

While the mattress I chose ultimately wasn't the right fit for me, Harry and his team did everything they could to ensure I was satisfied. I've received the agreed-upon refund, but I still wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I purchased a double Hybrid Pro in Feb 26 and I am SO glad I did. It is without doubt the most comfortable, high quality mattress I have ever owned. These mattresses are streets ahead of the foam filled, rolled up products that you see so much of now. Proper heavy mattresses, expertly made. I actually ordered it online on a Saturday and had WhatsApp communication on the Sunday to discuss a specific date that I needed for a house move. Everything from the first contact was first class; this is a family run professional company with an old fashioned service ethic. I really can't recommend them highly enough. The delivery process was also smooth and I was kept fully informed every step of the way. Excellent job team, thank you.

From my first point of contact, Harry has been incredible; no pushy sales at all, just super informative and genuinely helpful. My new mattress is honestly the best investment I’ve made in a long time.

I was really indecisive about which mattress would suit me best, but Harry asked all the right questions about my weight, sleeping position, and any back issues. I’d been sleeping on a medium/soft memory foam mattress and constantly waking up with back pain and night sweats which I now realise was down to the mattress itself.

I was a bit nervous about ordering a firm mattress because I thought it might be uncomfortable, but I’ve had the best night’s sleep in years. It feels so luxurious, and the pillow top layer is cool and incredibly soft. I went for the hybrid pro firm.

If you’re considering buying a mattress from here, don’t hesitate, just do it. The service has been excellent from start to finish, and the mattress is pure luxury.

We have been sleeping in our super king extra firm silk and cashmere mattress for a week now and it is the most comfortable mattress we've ever owned.

Before our heading Harry was extremely helpful over WhatsApp walking us through the differences between the tensions and what we had tried in the chain stores.

Delivery was on time and the team from the courier were friendly.

We visited Harry’s store in Welling to test out the mattresses. He was there and offered us great advice.
We wanted a luxurious mattress that felt like we are sleeping in a hotel every night, and that’s exactly what we got. We went for the Alpaca mattress and have been delighted with it since the moment we got it home.
We would thoroughly recommend to anyone!

I could not be happier with my new mattress. It cost under half the amount of other mattresses I researched. It's so comfortable that I go to sleep and wake up smiling. It also is substantial and well-made. The company is personal and specific and helpful to deal with, so you have a good chance of choosing a mattress suitable for you. They also intervened when I had a difficult time communicating with the delivery company and I appreciated their committed to customer service.

Excellent customer service. I was researching for weeks for a good mattress. I stumbled upon Harry Benmore British hand made beds. I put the name along with my back probs etc into Chatgbt. It came back with nothing but positive things about this company. I got in touch and Harry contacted me directly and went through my options carefully. I received my mattress an 4 days ago and instantly my back pain has virtually disappeared
It was so refreshing to deal with such an efficient British run friendly company. The mattress is such high quality too. I’m one very happy customer!

I contacted Harry on WhatsApp, I’d put off buying a mattress for a long time, as I was worried I’d buy the wrong one and be stuck with it. Harry responded very quickly with advice and I went for the Silk & Cashmere. There was a blip with the courier firm, which was resolved by Harry and Michael the same evening. The customer service is excellent and the mattress is excellent quality, 5 nights great sleep so far. I’d recommend Harry Benmore when you next need a mattress.

There was a small blip with the delivery people, but it was rectified very promptly.
The mattress is superb quality and incredibly comfortable.

Excellent service advice attention to detail Harry gave advice on what's app and answered questions. I asked if possible delivery could not be too early and again not too late as pensioners. Spot on came around 4pm. Mattress very comfortable only thing is we need a ladder to get into bed 😴. Thank you for attention hto detail. Love the mattress no sore shoulders now.

I recently bough a silk and cashmere after having a discussion with Harry about the best choice for my hot sleep problems. I naively didn't think a mattress could make that much difference but it's been a revelation. I couldn't recommend this company enough, doesn't hurt that it was also siginifcantly cheaper than a lot of other companies and arrived within 1.5 weeks.

I cannot rate Harry Benmore mattress maker highly enough. Pre-sales advice, delivery, quality and price are all exceptional. We have bought 2 mattresses now, the entry level for our daughter and the Alpaca for us. The Alpacca mattress is by far the most comfortable I have slept on. My wife and I absolutely love it. We bought it to replace a rolled up mattress that you see advertised on TV. Not the same at all. I am now recommending Harry Benmre to my friends and family.
