It was such a great pleasure to deal with a independent UK Company, family owned and receive such brilliant help and advice personally from the owner. From the beginning of my enquiry to the notification of dispatch and courier delivery, the whole process has been a real pleasure.

Really happy with Harry and his team. He is a decent bloke first and foremost. I couldn't go to try a mattress due to the distance so had to go off the online details. Ultimately the mattress selection wasn't write for me and I wanted to swap. This was no trouble but I did give it some time to try and adjust but ultimately when it came to the swap it was painless. Really happy with my eventual choice the hybrid luxe. Really comfy. Harry is completely trust worthy and easy to deal with. I would recommend.

Harry really went above and beyond to ensure we got a mattress we were satisfied with, even sending his own team to deliver to us in time for our move when the courier had delayed. The mattress itself is really comfortable (silk and cashmere).

Wow! I've just bought a King size silk and cashmere mattress from Harry Benmore. The customer service from Harry and his team was second to none and I'm a picky customer! The mattress is excellent quality and replaced one of those boxed mattresses which caused my back ache. A really good investment and a competitive price too. Very happy and have recommended to my family! Now off to buy a set of steps to climb up onto my bed :)

We bought two mattresses last year after visiting the showroom and talking to Harry.

It's now a year later, and we are super happy with the mattresses we received. Customer service was amazing, and the quality of the mattresses is very high.

Outstanding service. Harry is responsive and so helpful when contacted. I bought a mattress without going to his shop, as soon as I emailed he responded. The delivery was rapid and efficient. Unfortunately on this occasion the mattress was not for me. Purely personal choice and not about issues with the product. I contacted Harry and he responded immediately offering me a full refund, just a few days later the mattress was picked up and two days after that I had my refund. I can’t compliment Harry and his team enough, buy with full trust from this business.

My mattress arrived within 10 days, the delivery guys took it straight upstairs and didn’t even touch a wall with it! Whilst I loved the mattress, after a month my wife unfortunately didn’t. They arranged collection at no extra cost and offered a full refund. Honestly some of the best customer service in the country right now. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. I couldn't recommend this company more, big business could learn a few lessons from these guys. Highly recommend.

Bought a king sized hybrid pro mattress a month ago from Harry Benmore.. as we don’t live near the showroom I messaged Harry. We discussed the mattress I already had, and the issues I had (too warm, bad back!) and he suggested the mattress which I subsequently bought!
The mattress was well packaged, and obviously well made. And a month in… it’s very comfy… I no longer have a bad back, and I’m definitely less hot than I was! I’m so pleased with my mattress and the service from Harry! I thoroughly recommend this company if you need a new mattress!

I honestly have a bone to pick with Harry... he’s recommended a mattress so good that I never want to leave it! 😅 I came to him with nagging back pain and posture issues, and he pointed me straight to the Firm Hybrid Pro. It’s only been 2 weeks, but the difference is night and day. My posture has improved and I’m actually excited to go to sleep early again. If you need advice, ask Harry—the man is a mattress wizard 😊🥰🥳

I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that purchasing something like a mattress can be a stressful experience.
In between working and family life I find little time to actually get out and try out mattresses, and even when I do, it normally comes with a salesperson who (understandably) wants to sell you something more expensive than you might need/want.
So then I start looking online and I'm overwhelmed by the amount of online retailers there are, with mixed reviews and questionable pricing.
That's why it was a breath of fresh air to come across Harry on Instagram. I found his sales pitch reassuring, his product easy to understand, and also loved the fact I could help support a real family business.
Every step of the process was easy and stress-free. The delivery guys were awesome, and the mattress has been fantastic.
If you're like me and want a stress free purchase from a trustworthy business, look no further than Harry Benmore. I'll definitely be buying again in the future!

The other reviews are right - buying a Harry Benmore mattress is a brilliant idea.

We started out by ordering a super king Alpaca mattress, after talking through the options with Harry via WhatsApp (he is extremely responsive and very helpful). Unfortunately the mattress wouldn't fit up our winding staircase - which was our fault, as we'd just assumed that as our previous super king mattress had bent its way around the banisters, so would this one. But Harry's mattresses are really substantial (in a good way!), so we had to give up.

Harry's support was excellent, and on his advice we went for the zip and link version of the same mattress, which easily fitted up the stairs. We were a little worried that we might feel the join between the two mattresses, but with a thin topper we can't even tell that it's two mattresses, the join is that good. We got a medium Alpaca, and it is just so comfortable; it's easily the best mattress we have ever had, and 6 weeks later it's even more comfortable than when it was brand new.

And, for the first time in years, we can actually flip and rotate our mattress by doing it in two halves, something we never managed to do with our previous one-piece super king mattress. We had no choice but to get the zip and link version, but honestly, we'd probably go for that option anyway, it's just so easy to live with.

Genuinely excellent customer service, an amazingly comfortable mattress and very fair prices. Very highly recommended.

Great experience from start to finish. Harry helped me choose the right mattress (over whatsapp chat). There was a small blip with the order which Harry went over and above to resolve quickly. Delivery was well communicated and the mattress is beautiful. Thanks Harry + Team!

I initially purchased a medium silk and cashmere mattress which was lovely but for me it was a little too soft, I messaged Harry on WhatsApp and he got back to me straight away. He talked me through what would work for me and exchanged the mattress for a firmer hybrid pro, he even gave me the blue light discount which I missed initially. The mattress arrived 3 days ago and already back pain gone and have had best nights sleep for a long time. They really are fantastic mattresses,We have an Emma mattress in our spare room and these just dont compare. The quality is so much better. If you are thinking about buying a mattress from him you wont regret it!

We were very impressed with pre sale customer service. Harry responded to WhatsApp really quickly and we then engaged in a 20 minute call. Harry was very informative regarding the differences to his mattresses and we felt as his studio was quite a distance we could order without actually trying out the mattress due to his very good return policy.

Best decision the hybrid pro firmer mattress is amazing and we have both enjoyed a whole week of very improved sleep. Excellent product combined with excellent customer service.

We will definitely be buying another mattress from Harry when we move early part of next year.

It’s not often you pay less for something that is superior quality but this is what happened with our new mattress.
Having looked around at Dreams/John Lewis etc I wasn’t completely sold on anything and we needed a zip and link superking which made everything really pricey.
Harry Benmore popped up on my Instagram so I had a look. Not massively local but not too far away so we did pop down to have a look.
Harry suggested the cashmere and silk mattress in extra firm. He seemed to know exactly what we wanted. You can try all the mattresses in the showroom.
The delivery was a couple of weeks later and I couldn’t believe how heavy the mattresses were! Extremely good quality,well made and for about half the price of what I’d looked at.

My Medium/Firm (firmer) Aplaca Double arrived today by BJS.
Harry was extremely helpful in helping me to choose this mattress.
Sending me videos and voice recordings explaining the benefits and the differences between 1 I had tried at Dreams.
Once my decision was made, Harry gave me a date when he would hand the mattress to the Courier.
This was done exactly as advised.
Once in the hands of BJS, they advised of a 3hr delivery timeline. Called 1 hr before delivery which was 24mins into the time window they had given.
I live in Scotland West of Glasgow so distance is not a problem.

My only concern was whether to go for the Medium or the Medium/Firm.
Due to my weight 84 kilos and a side sleeper, Harry advised to go firmer as it would soften and settle in a month or so.
If I am not happy after that time he would change it.

I will update this 1 month down the line for those who wish to know how it goes.

We’d been looking around to replace our bed at the usual shops when an advert for Harry Benmore popped onto my instagram.

Like most probably do at first I ignored it but after seeing the ad again I then took the time to look at the website and read the reviews here, I then contacted Harry through the website and he was so helpful sending through videos and details on which mattress he thought would suit us.

We ended up buying the Hybrid Lux which is such a comfortable mattress and is exactly what we wanted, it’s so much better than the ones we tried in the shops.

We had an issue with the delivery company refusing to take our old mattress, Harry and Jane sorted this out within a few hours and our old mattress was picked up the next day.

Excellent customer service and a fantastic mattress. I’m delighted we got to support an independent British business. Give them a try if you’re on the fence you definately won’t regret it.

An absolutely brilliant company. Bed is fabulous and a great price. Harry and the rest of the team are so helpful, they spent ages discussing and making sure I made a good choice, and the delivery guys got a 6' mattress up to my bedroom despite a tight squeeze.
