Done a deal whilst "harry" was on holiday.... Great guy... Man of his word.... Couldn't fault him.... Honest man... I bought a Harley v rod... It was as described... He even had it delivered to me on a Saturday.!!!!...
I had an issue with starting the bike...

So I rang him 8pm+...he answered and gave me the time to explain the process.
Unbeknown to me the Harleys have a certain way to start as it involves a code with the alarm system..

Low and behold.. The bike fired up....
I would recommend this guy for purchasing....

Loved the whole experience. Harry knows his stuff and he’s brilliant to talk to about bikes and any concerns. Bought a van van - smashing little bike and everything is just grand. Happy days. Definitely return to Harry for anything bike related.

I bought a BMW1200RT from Harry. I was nervous buying a bike on line and having it delivered. Harry reassured me that if there was an issue he would ensure it would be put right. Harry was true to his word. The bike is great. The process was easy and Harry always responded either by WhatsApp or returned my calls. He was friendly and prompt. I would buy from Harry again.

Bought a bike off Harry which I had problems with. Gave him a call and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He said he’d collect it and try to get it repaired but if it was uneconomical to repair he’d refund me. However I decided to exchange it for another bike he had in stock. Not a problem. The other bike, which is faultless, was delivered in a few days and the faulty one taken away. Harry is a proper genuinely honest Yorkshire bloke who is a pleasure to do business with. I can thoroughly recommend him and would definitely buy another bike from him

Just bought a kawasaki vn 900 from harry and I must say when it was delivered it was even better than the video showed very pleased with it arrived bang on time ..harry seems to be a good old fashion honest northern bloke will definitely be getting my next bike here when I upgrade and I'll be passing his no. Onto anyone who asks

Absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Had a bike advertised, I called, no answer, 36 hours later I get a call back to tell me he's on holiday, will be in touch Saturday, no call back, so messaged via ebay to get a reply saying late back, will call tomorrow . No call on Sunday,no call Monday! With bike dealerships closing all over the place, this clown deserves to be out of business, zero customer service whatsoever and that's before you spend any money, can only imagine his aftersales,complete joke.
I advise to avoid like the plague!

Worse customer service ever. If the customer service is bad you can bet the product is too. Avoid!

Enquired about a bike for P/X told them what it was they asked for pictures and details , so i sent them via email as discussed , No reply after 4 days , Ayes or no would suffice but they obviously can't be bothered .

I rung about a motorcycle,he sent a great video, the next morning I paid a deposit then arranged a time for me to collect it w,all went great lovely chap very well mannered, and weighted till my insurance got sorted, definitely recommend Harry's motorcycles

very good company to deal with, agreed deal over the phone that i was happy with. Contacted me to arrange collection when supposed to and arrived at arranged time as agreed. Did not turn up and start to haggle or re negotiate a deal but turned up to deliver the bike and complete the paperwork. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any of my friends or family . Harry is knowledgable and realistic and i would happily use them again.

Purchased a front wheel support for turbo trainer. Website said it was in stock 2/3 days delivery. Now 2 weeks later no sign of it. Website extremely misleading.

This is the first time I've given any business such a low rating. I purchased a bike from Harry's bikes 2 weeks ago ... or at least that's what I thought. I received an order acknowledgment email and assumed that my order was being processed. I phoned today to enquire about delivery etc, only to be advised that their website was basically obsolete and any orders they received were being ignored and that the stock didn't actually exist! This was my first and last time having anything to do with Harry or his phantom bikes.

Sent wrong saddle, and didn't reserve one of the ones I wanted. So out of stock of the one I ordered. Waste of everyone's time.
