Awesome!
I contacted Harry's bike as they were the only supplier in the UK that had the components i required. When the order went through, within an hour they had made contact to advise the component i was after doesn't exist anymore and that they could sent my a replacement upgrade. I was truly impressed by the speed of the response and how efficiently they resolved this query and with no fuss. I will recommend to anyone.

Initial mixup, made right. Top customer service
It was my first time ordering from Harry's Bikes and I would definitely recommend it as a shop. There was an initial mixup with my order, but to be fair I was phoned, given notice and an apology. They upgraded my initial order and gave me a better helmet than I had originally ordered which shows their commitment to great customer service. I will definitely return as a customer.
