Fantastic service from start to finish. Nick was professional and genuine throughout, I couldn’t recommend Harvey Cooper Cars enough.

Seamless from start to finish. Appropriate and sensible communication informing me exactly when my vehicle would be collected. Knowledgable and helpful Evan arrived when he said he would and after a short survey promptly informed everything was as it should be. Payment arrived within minutes and Evan helped me through the paperwork.

Had great service from Nick from start to finish, from my initial enquiry to picking up my new car.
Actually everyone at the branch I came into contact with was extremely helpful.

Had been looking for a Mini Cooper S Convertible and my searches came across Harvey Cooper Cars and found a Mini John Cooper Works in stock that matched my requirements perfectly (Colour, Spec, mileage and at a good price). On visiting the showroom we were met by Marc Eccles, who could not have been more helpful in dealing with our visit. With absolutely no sales pressure we were made very comfortable in our visit with a full look over the car of interest followed by a test drive, following which I decided to purchase.

Marc, carried out the sales contract in a friendly and professional manner explaining all aspects in an easy to understand format, with a date for the car collection being mutually agreed upon, with my collection on the due date which included a comprehensive handover.

In summary, I found the whole process a comfortable experience and would consider Harvey Cooper Cars for any future change of car. A job well done!!!

I sold my PCP car yesterday to Harvey Cooper Cars via Motorway. It was a pleasant experience, I got exactly what was quoted to me beforehand so can't really complain.

Evan, came to collect my car, he was very professional, polite and all around a great guy. He really knows how to put you at ease. As the car was on PCP, he constantly kept assuring me that only once the car's finances were settled and I was happy that they would take my car from me.

As a fellow car guy and BMW enthusiasts we also had some great chats about cars we liked while all of the finances were getting sorted in the background.

They are a genuine company and have some really friendly employees.

Would highly recommend them!

The car we looked at was presented immaculately, we had a long test drive and agreed a good price for our old vehicle. They took care of transferring our registration number from our old vehicle and collected our new car the following weekend. From my initial contact to the moment I collected my car, I found this process very straightforward. I would like to thank Marc and the whole team at Harvey Cooper Cars for their high level of professionalism.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Harvey Cooper Cars and were assisted from start to finish by Nick Hall. After a less than satisfactory experience at another dealership we were made to feel valued and cared for by Nick. From our first phone call it was refreshing to speak to someone who always had our best interests at heart and wanted the best outcome for us. Even after every twist and turn in our journey, Nick was unwavering and helped to find resolutions for every bump in the road. It is abundantly clear that they place customer service in high regard as we were picked up from the station after our 2 and a half hour train journey by Evan. Evan was very professional and welcoming whilst also being very knowledgeable himself, placing our minds at ease about our purchase.
