Purchased a new sofa recently. Frank in the store was excellent. He as friendly and efficient. The delivery arrived this morning. I received a call earlier to say when it would be delivered and they arrived on time. The two guys making the delivery were Ivor and Tyrone they were friendly and brought the sofa into the house, put the legs in it and took away all the packaging. Overall an excellent shopping experience from end to end. Well done to all involved.

We had such a great experience dealing with Sean
We had such a great experience dealing with Sean, the tech assistant in Harvey Norman. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to talk us through all our options when choosing a laptop.
Sean was so knowledgeable and answered every question we had, explaining the different features and talking us through the pros and cons in a way that was really easy to understand. We had already done quite a bit of research ourselves, and he really helped give us confidence that we were making the right decision.
What we especially appreciated was that there was absolutely no pushy sales approach — just genuinely helpful, knowledgeable advice.
A fabulous young lad and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Sean is a real credit to Harvey Norman and made the whole experience so easy. Thank you, Sean!

My sofa collapsed after just 6 months of normal use. Harvey Norman’s response? They blamed me for “plonking” on it and refused to repair, replace or refund it.
A sofa collapsing after eight months is completely unacceptable. Instead of standing behind their product, Harvey Norman chose to blame the customer.
I would not recommend buying furniture from Harvey Norman. Very disappointing product and even worse customer service

I got all furnitures and electronics…
I got all furnitures and electronics from them for my new house. Dealing with them is easier. Their stuffs are friendly and helpful. They are my preferred shop in Ireland.
