Ana in the photo printing department was so helpful. Not only does she know her job but she has wonderful personal skill & was able to explain simple to me ( an old computer illiterate woman) how the system worked. She is an asset to the store & I hope they know what a special person she is.

Failure
Three sofas later, and they still couldn't get our order right. We placed the order in December 2025, and by July it still hadn't been delivered correctly or in a condition that should have been acceptable for sale.
The first two sofas arrived in the wrong colour. The third arrived with blue pen marks and stains, despite us being told it was brand new.
I would avoid Harvey Norman based on our experience. We purchased from the Carrickmines store and won't be buying from them again. Although we eventually received a refund, we had to chase it ourselves every step of the way. Overall, the level of customer service and quality control was extremely disappointing.
