I had a great experience buying all my appliances from Harvey Norman in Castlebar. Clodagh, who helped me in store, was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond in organising the order and invoice I needed. When it came to delivery, Darragh called in advance and made sure I would be available. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Thanks to all at Harvey Norman Castlebar for the great experience.

I brought 3 items from Harvey…
I brought 3 items from Harvey Norman.From shop , they instructed that the items will come with in 5 days.Waited for 5 days and contacted them.The response was to deliver the things on two days.The second day,one item received.Asked for other two items and the answer was will deliver after two to three weeks.Still I'm awaiting for two items.The delivery is very very poor.

Terrible service
Bought a washing machine Harvey Norman castlebar, Sales person was nice but didn't advise that washing machine had to be un installed, delivery drivers arrived, wouldn't take washing machine as the connections were still on it, they said their not allowed to touch it, ironically they offer the service of install and the drivers would be the ones to do that, last purchase from any Harvey Norman, will advise everyone I know about this, word to the wise, Sheridans in castlebar offered to remove and install for free, when I told the sales person this she said they charge 75 euro which is a lie, only reason for not using them is they didn't have the model

Poor service
I ordered my fridge on 1st December.
I was told the fridge was not in stock but would be in stock early January and the shop would contact me so I paid the deposit.
I went in to the shop on the 4th January to pay the remainder of the bill and query delivery.
I was told it was due the following week and the assistant would check up on it and ring me on the following Monday.
I received no call.
I rang on the 28th January.
The fridge was now in stock but I had not been called or informed.
I then organised delivery for 31st of January.
I received a call on 30th to attempt to cancel the delivery.
I complained and the delivery was agreed for 31st January.
The delivery drivers arrived in good time but did not unbox or remove packaging. Later, I realised the delivery truck had driven over my lawn and damaged the lawn.
I have taken photos of the damage.
The fridge itself is perfect, no complaints about that.

Very happy customer
I bought a hoover and TV from castlebar store. Both manager and staff were very helpful. They showed and explained the products that I bought. The delivery men were also very helpful. I would highly recommend this store.
