I have just had a Harvey water softener…
I have just had a Harvey water softener installed and I couldn’t be happier with the who experience. The engineer, Rhys, was fantastic from start to finish - friendly, knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. He took time to explain how everything worked, answered all my questions and made sure the installation was done to a high standard. He was tidy and considerate throughout the job and kept disruption to an absolute minimum, he left the area spotless once the installation was complete. The water softener itself looks very smart and is already making a difference. I highly recommend Harvey and their engineers to anyone who may considering a softener.
