Excellent product and fast delivery.

Good customer service. Happy to remain a customer and now have 4 of their watermate systems making life easier

A great product and really excellent customer service. I have the watermate system in my greenhouse - solar powered. It is easy enough to install and flexible enough to deal with different seasons and crops.

The product itself is great but no instructions are given in how to assemble. There is an online instruction manual but it is very basic with no real explanation of how to attach the second shelf. So this could be greatly improved.
It took nearly two weeks to send the items with no updates unless I went out of my way to email customer service.
There is only one packet of seeds with the micro green set which is misleading as it says it will come with a selection.
I can’t fault the lights so far though.

Harvst have excellent products that are very well thought out and easy to use & control. Their support team are also very good. I am very satisfied with my Watermate Pro and Mini.

Prompt Service and quick delivery, easy to navigate website.

Excellent customer service. Quick response to my email, understood what I wanted and offered a solution, with a link to the parts I needed.

Parts were despatched next day, lost a few days to to the appalling Royal Mail service in this area. Eventually arrived in good condition and enabled me to complete an upgrade project.

Tomatoes, cucumber, aubergine and peppers now growing well.

I was expecting a member of staff to deliver to me over the weekend but he didn't (for valid, but not communicated, reasons). You kindly agreed to waive the subsequent postage charge.

My initial enquiry was regarding the symphonic effect continually draining water from my water butt into the greenhouse. This was responded to quickly and with a sensible answer in that I needed a special valve to stop this effect. It is a shame this was not suggested to me as a sensible option during my initial order. The worst part was that the valve, when delivered, came with no instructions and I couldn’t find anything on the website. Again, the response to my enquiry was quick but I must have misinterpreted where the valve should be inserted and ended up with a leak while the pump was operating, so one problem solved but another one created. Hence my four star review.

Afraid I can’t give a better review for the premium propagator with lights. The overall quality is very poor with large gaps around the Perspex top, the hinges appear to be stuck on with sticky tape and are already coming off with just a couple of days use. The two heated trays are too small for the top so lots of space left unheated. I see now it’s out of stock on the website after ordering one week ago so maybe too many complaints. Definitely not worth £130

After the very fast response to my complaint and excellent customer service I’m revising my review. Although the propagator is not a good product I can find no fault with your company. Thank you.

Arrived quickly and as described

Struggling to get my Watermate Pro re connected to WIFI after being turned off for Winter. Phoned Harvst and they talked me through getting it up and running again in a few mins. Really helpful team. I love the Watermate Pro system makes looking after the greenhouse much easier, allows me to be away from it even for a few days because it’s still being watered and even better I can see what’s going on via the Harvst app and adjust the watering if needed. Thanks Harvst. Debbie

Poor delivery, ordered over a week ago and not received yet

My succulent plants are now safely stored for the winter in a lovely protective home. It is perfect for my requirements. I looked extensively before making my purchase and feel I have found just what I needed. My partner and I worked as a team to put it together and followed the instructions explicitly. It took us some time but there was a good feeling of success when achieved.

Nicely packaged, good instructions and excellent product. We love it.
