This company's performance far surpassed my expectations, the people were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. The price was certainly competitive, but more importantly, I was guided and protected from start to finish. The men that removed and then delivered our furniture and personal belongings were careful, friendly and fast.

Hasenkamp Relocations did a great job handling the shipment of my personal belongings. The team was efficient, professional, and made the process very smooth. Special kudos to Sandra Sblendorio for her outstanding support. I would highly recommend them.

They helped me relocating from Luxembourg to Barcelona 2 weeks ago and it was amazing. they did everything for me, very very professional crew, everything was packed perfectly at origin and reassembled well at destination. ING.: I do not recommend dealing with Hasenkamp under any circumstances. The employees are incompetent and unprofessional. The little bit of information they provide is taken from the internet (if you can read you can find everything you are interested in). In addition, nobody informed me about the intermediate results and my enquiries were answered late. I spent two and a half years waiting for the result of their work and as a result, due to their fault, I have to start the procedure again, pay for it again and wait at least two more years.

ESP.: No recomiendo bajo ningún concepto buscar ayuda en Hasenkamp. Los empleados no son competentes, ni profesionales. La poca información que proporcionan está sacada de internet (si sabes leer puedes encontrar todo lo que te interesa). Además, nadie me informó de los resultados intermedios, contestaron tarde a mis correos. Estuve dos años y medio esperando el resultado de su trabajo y como consecuencia, por culpa suya, tengo que volver a empezar el procedimiento, volver a pagarlo y esperar al menos dos años más.

The treatment with the customer has been kind, friendly and warm all the process through. The coordination issues needed to arrange have been dealt with in an agile and collaborative manner. The goods (including car) have delivered in the same condition than handed over. I consider the targets of an adequate removal process achieved.

Everything. I gave to the local agent my furniture in October. Since the begining the spain agent knew I was planning to arrive at end of november, and did not give the approvalto the local agent to send the furniture.

It was only until I requested information in the begining of december, that they informed to the local agent and me that since I have not sent the spain papers that can only be done once I arrived, they were not going to give the approval.

When I told the agent please to approve (without the paper) she accepted. And my furniture was only sent from Colombia at the end of December. Letting me 2 months without furniture at home. I still does not have any, implying to me an over cost on my movement.

The experience to perform the removal with Hasenkamp was perfect and it was not easy (between Spain to Germany). All the schedules agreed were fulfilled and all the packages arrived in good status.
