Competent and efficient
Having someone competent and with up to date knowledge on software and hardware is well worth recommending. Did everything I needed and made suggestions to ensure the computer worked at its peak. Sensible pricing too.

Darrel provided a quick service. He identified that my laptop was operating slowly He suggested a SSD installation at a very reasonable rate. The work was carried out with a full health check within 24 hours. The laptop on return is 10X quicker and much easier to operate. Very professional.

Don't accept that your old laptop has to be slow, Darrell can work wonders!
When we first met, he made everything work much faster on my old laptop and saved me valuable time. Now Darrell has saved me again and so promptly. My old laptop eventually gave up but Darrell offered me a reconditioned one, no sales pressure, and ensured that I knew how the new system worked. A most helpful and friendly gentleman - brilliant!

Although this was the first time I have had to call anyone in for help I would have no reservations at all about recommending Darrell Haslam. He diagnosed the problems with my computer almost immediately and was spot on. He was very professional and friendly and my computer was up and running in no time at all. He explained what he was doing in a clear and easy way for me to understand and also gave me some very good advice moving forward. He will be my first port of call in future and thats a fact. Excellent tradesman who I will be referring all my friends to.

Honest advise on how and what was required to fix and a improve. Laptop collected from home and was returned the next day. Excellent service and didn't feel under pressure to take immediate actionable.
