Darrell worked out exactly what I needed and provided and set up Dell machines at excellent price and with warranty. He also advised on security. It is a relief to have a real person to go to.

Top class service
This is the first time l have used Haslam IT
l am like a rabbit in the headlights when l have a PC issue. When l called Darrell he logged in remotely and got me out of trouble immediately, identified the problem and ordered the relevant part which came very quickly. Darrell then did the necessary repair and upgrade overnight and got me up and running again the next day. Such a pleasant suprise to find someone who is that knowledgeable and efficient and not horrendously expensive either. 1st Class Service

I can't praise Darrell enough for his professional service, speed of response and calm approach. All of this minimised the time he needed my laptop which is vital to my work. To cap it all his charges couldn't be more reasonable. It is so nice to have found someone who I can rely on when technology gets the better of me.

Prompt reply to my email (on a Saturday). Dropped off my all-in-one PC for a replacement screen on the Tuesday morning and it was fixed and delivered back to me on Thursday afternoon. Great communication at all times, including a slight change in the price due to a different part being needed. A rpofessional, friendly and highly recommended service.

Laptop Screen Crisis
Contacted Darrell with a broken laptop screen he responded straight away booked me in for the following day removed the screen to give me my laptop back which i could use with a monitor.
Within the day he had sourced the parts and supplied a quote, one of the parts was on fairly long delivery, he kept me updated with the parts and when all in mailed to arange a date and time for fitting which was next day.
Parts fitted whilst i enjoyed a cup of coffee laptop all working fine.
The whole process way stress free brilliant service and a good price I 100% recomend

I would normally be able to complete this type of repair much quicker but touch screens can take longer to get and also needed some replacement hinges that were being shipped from China.

Excellent Computer Repair Service
Darrell provided a thorough, efficient computer repair service. He was extremely patient, making sure I fully understood everything that he had done and he gave me guidance for using the laptop going forward. The cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend.

Recommedation
With the annual Haslamit computer health check I mentioned the exremely slow response time in accessing all applications, Darrell collected the computer the following day and returned the day after. Problem solved. Very efficient service at a reasonable cost. Whole heartily recommend.
