I run a small health shop, with a large Asian customer base, I placed and paid for my order, Senna Leaves, a week later still no goods had arrived, not happy with this I emailed the company, only to be given what I consider lame excuses about inclement weather, and that my order would only be despatched on Wednesday 4 Aug 2021, a full 8 working days after order placement. Not impressed.

We bought a dozen organic prune juice - great price, quick delivery, lovely product.

Ordered oat groats from these lot. They were spoiled. They don’t care!!
They initially said since I’d opened them they wouldn’t take them back…..!
They have them said that if I pay the return shipping cost, they will look into it. However, the manager refused to speak with me, and they no longer answer my phone calls.
Dreadful product backed up with awful customer service.

We were looking for herbs. And found! Product is exellent, dellivery on time! Thank you.

i jumped through all your hoops but still no update as to when i will get my 1 dozen case of prune juice.
if it had been my error you could have said!
if (as i believe),it was your error you could have been honest and admitted it
sadly no comeback from yourselves

It would be better if I had more info emailed to me about dispatch dates and expected delivery dates especially if not being sent out immediately

Tea has a nice camomile like taste, was expecting bitter, unappetising flavour but pleasently surprised . Teaspoon of honey gives it a sweet twist. Thank you.
