I had dealt with Hattons since the sixties first dealing with Norman Hatton himself! Recently I tried to get some items from Hartons I needed and they told me to go direct to the manufactures which now I've done so I deal direct with Peco, Dapol, Hornby, Oxford Rail, Replica Railways and Bachmann no longer having anything further to do with Hattons as they are now useless!

Great selection of stock that actually shows if it’s in stock or pre-order etc and at great prices.
In stock items are dispatched very quickly and they have a very professional and responsive customer service team should you need them.
Their website is easy to navigate and the search function and sub menus all work well even on a mobile or tablet.
A very easy and customer friendly company.

Hattons have always been reliable for postage and packing, and the products are very reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful service.

I ordered A Britbus Model and it was delivered ahead of time. I am most pleased with the service and the bus.

This company has discovered a new method of raising revenue. I ordered three items upon the 30th of April.
In a SINGLE order. because the firm did not have one item. They put that on a separate order to follow.
Then charged carriage on both. To add insult to injury
Instead of using Royal Mail for both orders.
An extremely efficient and competitive organisation.
They used a courier company. Infamous for its exorbitant charges.
I wonder how many other persons are experiencing the same level of exploitation

Ordered the Hornby Rolling Road and Hattons delivered it within 2 days - outstanding, especially during this Covid19 epidemic when all other mail is taking five to fifteen days to arrive. Well done Hattons!

I recently decided to convert part of my layout to DCC and purchased a Hornby Elite and two TTS sound decoders from Hattons. Kieran took my order and was very helpful.
My order arrived promptly and the communication throughout was excellent. Unfortunately one of the decoders was faulty and I had to return it. Unbelievably the replacement was also faulty, this was also replaced by Hattons with the minimum of fuss. I dealt with "Brian" on both occasions, he was brilliant, very professional. Indeed all the staff were great including Gary who dealt with the resending of the second decoder. Well done Hattons

Approaching retirement,and keen to build a model layout now I have the time and space, Hatton's has become my 'go to' site for new and used rolling stock as well as sundries. Always a prompt dispatch and the compressive model database is also very useful. Well done Hatton's and thank you for supporting the modelling community, and your staff, through the pandemic.

Good prices orders processed and delivered promptly well packed. I usually order by phone and staff are very friendly and helpful. I always enjoy browsing their website. Excellent company to deal with.

Great service and delivery. A massive range of stock compared to other retailers, especially for N guage items as most places seem to just focus on O guage.

Previous sales from Hattons went very well and without hitch. BUT I have emailed them 3 times in the last week to preowned@hattons... an email address advised of on their web page and have not had one reply

Had an account now for a couple of years, the prices are always competitive, any issues are quickly resolved and dispatch is quick with regular order updates, they also use DPD as their delivery partner which I will always recommend as well.

Recently ordered a model railway locomotive from the bargain range.It was literally half manufacturers rrp making it excellent value for money. Order placed at 7.44pm Thursday night and received at lunchtime on Saturday. Fantastic service.

Used a few times for end of line products at great prices and their massive range of good value cars / buildings. Dont find the website brilliant sometimes - need to be careful that products are new not used, though to be fair the used products I got were like new, even if the box wasnt
