I recently purchased a 10-year Term Life insurance policy with Haven Life at a great rate for my age group. The application process was fairly easy to complete. After completing the application I was informed that a medical exam my be required based on a review of my application. I was assisted by a Haven Life representative named Paya, whom was extremely courteous, professional, and very helpful answering my questions and providing updates during my application review process. After a few days I received an email notification that my application was approved, and no medical exam was required. Thank you, Paya and Haven Life!

Really good experience buying life Insurance almost entirely online and phone call free. Had to do one phone call to schedule exam but besides that, the entire process was annoyance free and completely online which is preferred.

Very affordable, I gathered quotes from 4 different life insurance companies and this was by far the least expensive for the same coverage. Relatively quick and easy process to sign up. Only reservation was that we were originally under the impression that no medical exams are required, but my husband received a message that he would have to get one (we later received a message that he no longer needed one).

My only concern was with the company used (Exam One) to complete my physical examination. The process took too long due to rescheduling and mishandling of my lab specimens. Other than that the process was simple.

Haven life insurance has good prices and make it easy to sign up, my complaint is their referral process. I was referred to them by my father and their referral offer to him was not honored even though I used his link. I did this for my Dad then I saw their prices and it is really affordable so I am happy with them except I never would have even signed up without my Dad referring me. They should do what they say and give out referral bonuses otherwise people like me would never know how good of a life insurance company they are !!!
