The process of applying online was very easy, when I got stuck the customer service agent was nice and helpful. Easy process and pleased with the coverage.

I'm recently new to Haven Life. I just had my meeting with a medical examiner recently and I need to go on record about the experience. I live in Brooklyn and as sent to the Midwood neighborhood (1222 Avenue M was the address, I believe). I arrived to my appointment and it was a shared office with 4 people all at computers not wearing masks (indoors! in a PANDEMIC!!) and not social distancing. I froze and stood in the entryway with my mask on until I was told which private office I could enter. My medical examiner was laughing with another medical examiner about a third medical examiner who used the wrong needle for a blood draw on a different patient. The environment, the behavior of the medical examiners and the experience therewith was appalling. What are your protocols for medical examiners? How do you enforce them? Because this office and my experience was atrocious. Please contact me to continue the conversation.

The rate offerings of Haven Life are extremely competitive, and the actual insurance underwriting process from beginning to medical notifications, scheduling and receiving the policy is robust. But the user experience within the website is absolutely atrocious. The website is a nightmare to navigate. Although I would love to recommend Haven Life as a company, I wouldn't dare asking any person to navigate that buggie website.

Haven Life was very easy to use. Application was simpler than other companies, and the medical exam was convenient, with someone coming to my house to do it. Rates were low and they are backed and owned by Mass Mutual, which is a highly rated company (if you're concerned about solvency). Highly recommend.

After purchasing a home, I decided to purchase a term life insurance policy that would pay off my mortgage and any other debts. I wanted to make sure my son wasn’t stuck having to worry about such things in the event of my untimely death. I didn’t really want to just do a general search online because I didn’t want all kinds of unsolicited phone calls. It just so happened my credit union sent me some information regarding life insurance through Haven Life for its members, so I looked into it. From start to finish, the process with Haven Life was extremely simple. After looking at different death benefits and policy years, I decided to submit an application. The application took minutes to complete and I was approved the very next day. The approval gave me an acceptable death benefit range, so I was able to increase the amount from what I had applied for and change the term. Boom, just like that, I’m covered. My son is aware I’ve put this policy in place and we both feel better knowing that if something happens to me, he’ll be able to take care of things.

Both my husband and I got term life from Haven life. We recently had a baby girl and we wanted to make sure she’s protected financially if something were to happen to us. He got his first then i got mine after seeing how quick and simple the process was. We are both healthy adults in our late 20s so it was fairly simple and easy to get approved. The price is fair. Term life provides peace of mind for trajedy as we continue to build our wealth. We plan to be self insured when our term expires. I would recommend this company.

The customer service was good. I only have a problem with how insurance companies rate their clients solely on numbers and not on an overall individual basis.

I had a good experience with Havelife. Everything was done online except the medical exam which only involved a urine sample and bloodwork. It took a while for the underwriter to approve but it came through. Rates seem reasonable. I had a small issue which my assigned agent Sharon helped me through. I definitely recommend Havenlife.

I was offered this policy thru my Bank at Navy Federal Credit Union. Also, a very low monthly payment attached to with a 6 figure policy. Enough to leave behind for my family to continue without excessive bills. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a policy.

After dealing with a company that issued me a life insurance policy that belonged to someone else, Haven Life was a breathe of fresh air. It felt good to feel in control of the entire insurance buying process. As far as signing up and having access to your policy- haven life makes it simple.
