The product and its support are excellent. Very quick responses to any queries that I have had.

This app manages my heat pump with the Agile Octopus time-of-use tariff to reduce my total energy bill by one third while keeping the house toasty warm.It is extremely easy to use. Customer support is excellent but rarely needed.

Havenwise took all the stress and hassle out of trying to manage my heat pump. 2 minutes to set it up and everything works great now and it’s saving me money.

This makes heat pump ownership simpler, especially in the beginning, enabling system optimisation based on your own setup and tariff. It’s strongly routed in data, from the heating system to the local weather, enabling the system to adapt as the weather changes. This keeps the temperature inside pretty constant while minimising electricity usage.

Very good performance & highly responsive customer service.

I've been with Havenwise for nearly a year now. Results have been good. I did have a fairly well tuned system before Havenwise but I have found that internal temperatures have been a lot more constant since my subscription. I don't believe that I have made a vast saving in cost, but the gains have been enough to pay for it, and with the better comfort level I would recommend the service.

Great App after having a heat pump fitted by a company called greener living which wasn't up to regulations finding out after five years?? Also no real explanation of optimum set up Havenwise have done this within a month all ready seeing results will use going forward after trial and monthly payment very reasonable.

Havenwise just works! It’s really simple to use and, judging by my bills, much more than pays for itself. I would recommend it to anyone with a suitable heat pump, especially as energy prices look set to rise again.

I was dubious about the claims in the adverts, however I am now convinced Havenwise is saving me money. What's just as important is that it does so automatically without me having to change settings every week.

Very helpful when I've had questions. They're a new company so I have expected teething problems but they've always responded. I wish them well in their business and I have subscribed.

I was pretty ignorant about how to set up my air source economically. I had a choice of either learning to tweak it myself, mastering all the complexities or simply paying a small amount to money to hand it over to an expert. I'm so pleased I choose the second option. I've saved a significant amount of money and it's interesting to see how my heating is managed

Using Havenwise has been a revelation for us. We have one of Octopus' smart tariffs and they have done an amazing job of optimising the house so it's always warm while meaningfully reducing our bills compared to the same time last year.

Really happy with the service and results using Havenwise to monitor and control our heat pump. Our electric usage/bills have definitely been lower than anticipated over the winter months and the house temperature has been perfect. Heat Pumps can be tricky to get optimal COP but using Havenwise has eliminated this for us. We have just completed a free trial and have subscribed for the ongoing service. Based on our experience we would definitely recommend Havenwise to take the headache out of ensuring your heat pump is working efficiently.

It’s been about 10 months now and I’m really pleased with Havenwise so far. Since it’s been set up to manage our air source heat pump the whole system just seems to smoothly. The house feels consistently warm and we don’t have to keep fiddling with settings trying to get it right.
What’s impressed me most is the support. If I’ve had a question, the team have been quick to respond and really helpful. They clearly know heat pumps inside out and explain things in a way that actually makes sense.
It’s taken a lot of the guesswork out of running the system and made everything far more straightforward. Overall a really positive experience and I’d happily recommend Havenwise to anyone with an ASHP.

I've been using Havenwise for well over a year now. It makes running out heat pump remarkably simple - I'm not sure I'd want to return to the complex Vaillant controls! Especially like how it now automatically picks up on any changes in energy tariff. I know that the app will do all of the hard work and ensure our house is cosy for the lowest cost. Highly recommended!

I've had Havenwise for several months and started using it in the hope that it would simplify my heatpump control and reduce to focus I needed to manage the system on a daily basis. Previously I'd been making regular changes to when the system ran to take advantage of Agile / Cosy pricing. Id also struggled to find the right settings (experimenting with weather compensation and fixed flow). Since starting to use Havenwise temperature fluctuations have been less, I've seen a slight increase in efficiency and as importantly things just work in the background with less effort and attention on my part.

Support is on hand when I need it and to date the response has been quick and helpful

I used HavenWise over the winter period to manage my 5kw Samsung heat pump. I have underfloor heating, and a very efficient house and found that running without HavenWise my pump would short cycle. HavenWise solved my short cycling issue and kept my house at a constant temperature without me having to fiddle about with any settings.

I’m loving having Havenwise on my heat pump, not only does it manage the Octopus Agile Tariff for me it is so easy to use, better than the manufacturer controls. I can sit back and not have to think about my heating at all, even when we need a hot water boost after a rugby training session, easy, literally the press of a button on my phone. The team were awesome when I (stupidly) changed broadband providers and had to reconnect it all…on a Sunday afternoon! I also like having an idea of how much the heat pump is using daily, it’s reassuringly low and means you don’t worry about ‘is my system running efficiently’. Quite simply, I love it.
