Quick and accurate service and responses. They were very friendly and helpful with small details that I had no experience with. Also, they accomadated car delivery because of COVID-19 restrictions and had the appropriate safety meassures on site.

Atrocious cars
Bought a Volvo c30 at haverhill car exchange in feb 2020. Despite assurances of pre sale checks on car, after one week the diesel particle filter needed replacing at cost of £1000. On first visit to car wash, water came pouring in through top of the windscreen. On inspection, the windscreen is not secured or bonded to car. Just this week, a further warning light indicated water damage in the rear foot well which has damaged the adblue system which will cost £1200 to repair and further undefined cost will be required to identify the source of and stop further water ingestion. What was apparently a good purchase has cost more in repairs to date than the purchase price. I would recommend taking your money elsewhere as you are just purchasing problems.

Hello Tom, we are very sorry you have experienced issues with your vehicle. When the DPF fault occurred we agreed to have the vehicle back under warranty and fix for you however you had the car in Ireland and wouldn't get it back to us, we did make a contribution to the bill for you. The windscreen is a design fault with that particular vehicle as you can read online, however we also agreed to have that fixed for you at no cost to yourself and you refused to bring the vehicle back to us. With regard to this most recent issue, which you haven't contacted us about, we are slightly confused as warning lights don't indicate water in the foot well. The vehicle was 29,000 miles, 1 owner and full Volvo service history (which you also accused us of falsifying albeit the history was with a main agent the largest independent in the UK, where the managing director confirmed all the history). Again we are sorry if you have experienced some issues with your vehicle.
