Purchased a Ford Focus from them a month ago. No issues, fast process and the car is faultless.

Bought a 2013 Fiesta off of them, I purchased a 2013 fiesta. It originally failed the MOT with 1 major error and had 2 advisories. They replaced both advisories which were 2 front tyres and the whole process was seamless.

They two men we spoke to were very helpful and were easy to talk to and answered questions that we had.

Awful.. Me and my wife bought a Peugeot 3008 off Haverhill car exchange less then 6 weeks ago for £3800 and 2 weeks later the injectors went on it and the car was left undrivable luckily she was close to home..
Now this is going to cost £800 or more to get fixed and we called Haverhill and they where so unhelpful tried to fob us off and said we had to pay to get the car transported to them which would of cost £800..
Now we thought this would be come under the extra warranty we payed for but it doesn't which they failed to mention..We had no follow up call to see how we got on with the car nothing..

So Think twice about buying off these cowboys as we are now left with a car that's useless and a big bill to fix it the extra warranty is useless if you have to pay to get a broken down car back to them which is just ridiculous..
Awful customer service and aftermarket care from Haverhill could not of give a crap what happened to us..
Would not recommend or ever buy from again we have bought many cars of dealers over the years and had cars go wrong but they fixed the problem for us by picking up the car or paying for the work to be done at a local garage. These offered none of these things

Very helpful customer service, made purchasing extremely easy. Needed vehicle sooner than originally planned they went above and beyond to help. Delivering in time to cover change I needed. I will be using them next time I want a car with or without lockdown restrictions

I took a ford mondeo 2011 red estate very ok it looks, but when it got home I saw that parts are missing from it and many things do not go on it, after 2 months warranty I changed the injectors 1240 £ 😏+reversing lights,senses for parking not working at all😒😒

The thought of buying a car without seeing it must cause most mere mortals some concerns but the team were all extremely helpful and made buying the car a real pleasure. There were plenty of photographs to look at and no question went unanswered.

The gentlemen that we dealt with we were both polite and extremely helpful, they did everything that we discussed without any dramas. The car was ready on time, clean, tidy and very well presented. Can't really comment on the after sales service as the car hasn't missed a beat but if it did, I would be very surprised if it wasn't resolved amicably. I would have no hesitation to go there again.
