Totals scam! DO NOT BUY! I ordered three pack in March and never received it. Sent emails to customer service and got nothing. SCAM!

Worst bras ever. Sizing chart is not accurate at all. When you reach out to customer service they blame the fit on you not chosing the correct size. Total joke of a company.

I lost £70 to this company. Sent me appalling quality bras and trousers, didn't fit, quality was dire. Raised dispute but they insisted on me returning goods to China through particular courier to cost me £50!!! Following which there was no guarantee of get my refund. Absolutely appalling and no protection from PayPal. Total scam.

Unfortunately, I should have done my research before i placed my order. Like most people, I ordered in April and still have not received anything. I continued to send emails and would basically get the same reply that it was with logistic or with customs. Now, for the past two weeks, I have been getting this response.

This is a major SCAM, I guess I have learned my lesson

Totally dishonest company. I ordered Bra set in April and still have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails asking for my order to be sent or a refund of my money. Originally they were blaming their logistics company, now they do not respond to my emails. A one star rating is too generous for them. You will lose your money if you deal with this dishonest company.

Like many others, I ordered the bras (buy 2, get 1 free) in March and they still haven't arrived. I've emailed several times - couldn't be delivered as address was wrong (it wasn't), had to shipped a different way etc. etc. Now not replying to any emails. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company. Didn't even want to give them 1 star.

Terrible, I ordered in May, it is now almost the end of October 2020 and have received nothing. Emailed them numerous times but they just come up with excuses. Would not order from them ever again

If I could give this company a minus review I would. I too ordered 3 bras in April & today is October 20th & I haven’t received them. I have emailed them more times than I can count since May & it’s always an excuse- delivered to the wrong address, customs held them up, customs sent them back, the address was wrong etc..etc..& they can’t ever give me shipping information or a tracking number or even the name of the mail service & when I’ve asked for the return of my money they can’t because “your order was just remained to you yesterday.” Now, my emails can’t be delivered which just adds insult to injury. They have never tried to make any effort to right this- I would feel way less frustrated if they would’ve just sent me an email that said “We screwed you you dumb Canadian!” Hope that I will be able to update this review with good news that I received my bras but don’t believe that will be happening. Steer clear of this company!

Terrible. I ordered my bras in april and ots sept and I still don't have them. I've emailed multiple times and they keep brushing me off saying they don't know where they are. Blaming their warehouse for not responding because they are too busy. Ive asked for a refund and they refuse. Never order from them.

This 4 months now and I still haven't received my order. I did manage to get replies when I emailed custome service. One said my order had been shipped by UPS, another said it's coming by boat so be patient and if it didn't arrive by a certain time they would return my money. When that time had elapsed I emailed them again from that email that had been sent and asked for my money back and the reply was your order had shipped. I said I know but it you read this email that said you would return my money but I of course didn't get a reply. It's sad that this kind of thing goes on but it is what it is so just kiss the money and don't expect a delivery

I️ too was scammed. Never received product. Email after email requesting a refund to no avail. I’m trying to see what credit card company can do. Never again will I️ order from a company that doesn’t show its address or phone number on website, or without checking reviews. Zero stars

I should have read review before! It took nearly 3 months to receive, constant emails which provided little support to the lateness, sizes MUCH MUCH too small to the sized on the website, now they refuse to exchange or refund albiet there is a policy on the Havrhond website.

I did not want to give this bra any star at all but had to click one to continue. This bra sucks !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I saw an offer for bras on Facebook from Havrhond, who also go by Jaidi. Co and have a Support contact of: supportatbuyerhelp24.com. I bought 2 bras as it stated on advert Buy 2 get 1 free. I had to chase up delivery as they were not arriving. They eventually arrived but only 2 bras. The bras were of poor quality but I felt aggrieved to not get my free bra. I have emailed this support email about 6 times and they keep stating that I did not choose option for Buy 2 get 1 free although it clearly states on PayPal receipt that it was Buy 2 get 1 free. I have now gone through PayPal to dispute this and awaiting a reply.
Don’t buy from these adverts via Facebook, I have learnt my lesson and will not be doing this again.

Very bad... It's been 3 months now, but never received my order... Allah Kareem... They just had a sin by steeling money from all who order to this brand...

Although this should be a NEGATIVE 5 rating. I wish I had done my research before ordering this. I ordered over 4 months ago. I’ve sent numerous emails and haven’t heard back except one time and it was all in Chinese.

There should be zero or negative rating for this company. After 3 months of waiting, given the wrong tracking number, countless emails requesting my order or a refund I still have gotten nowhere. I too did not realize this was a Chinese company. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and highly recommend do not order from this company ever!

The way this company presented itself online did not make clear it was a chinese company or I would have known not to purchase. No updates or information. Scam and wish I would have looked here first. Do not buy.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS should be an option for this garbage. Not only did it take 3 months to arrive, but the bras were WAY TOO SMALL & I ordered larger than I needed! Flimsy, ill-fitting, pathetic!! PS - do your research because if it's coming from China - BUYER BEWARE - it takes forever and the quality is suspect.

Do not order from here. I also ordered bras, look at size chart before ordering, finally almost 3 months later, after sending emails( because that's the only way to TRY and contact them. Got BS AUTOMATED emails with false shipping information on it. Bras are way to small, awful material and tried to cancel this order via email several times via email and was given more BS EMAILS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
