I ordered the black bra in M on 4-5-2020 finally received it yesterday 6-24-2020. It definitely come on the slow boat from China. Now I have this Bra in a size M what should fitt me, NO IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS A PETITE "S"!!! I can pull it over my thigh! Pro-X Easy Comfort Bra. Would NOT know how it feels can't put it on. SO ANGRY

Looks like I got scammed also ordered the bras in April got an e-main confirming my order but still haven't received the package its June 20th! You cannot contact them

Sorry that there is no ZERO star option. I ordered bras on MARCH 16, 2020. I have inquired repeatedly asking for a tracking number or a refund. Their response was that they couldn't refund it because it has been shipped. It is the biggest scam I've ever been embarrassed to admit I have fallen for.

I ordered these bras buy 2 get one free for $9.99 back on April 19 and I just received 1of my 3 bras today June 16 I put the bra on to try it out and it's ripped where the connector is on the side. It doesn't do ANY of the things that they rave about in the commercial videos. This is a bunch of crap and I'm ashamed that I fell for this gimmick. I will be returning this ONE bra that I received since I didn't get the other TWO that were supposed to come with it.

If I could give this Zero stars if I could. Ordered two bras on April 21st, 2020, they took my money right away, I have contacted them three times and they keep giving me USPS tracking that doesn't work and stating the tracking will update in 1-2 days. I used the link through Paypal for their email support to resolve this issue and it comes back as undeliverable. Never, Ever order from Havrhond doing business as Jaidi Company

This is a terrible service.
They are rude and when asked about arrival date for my order they gave me an invalid tracking number.

They are unable to give straight answers which is leading me to believe that they are fraudulent and never actually shipped the order. (And know its has been months since they claim it shipped and they still ask me to "give it a few days to update the tracking information")

I do not recommend. This is a total scam!

I've ordered my bra's on 4/18. Same as the other people. Told it has shipped 4/20. Last anyone or anything had to do with my package was 4/21. I've written to them 3x and all I have received is that my order has been shipped and I should receive it shortly. It's been almost 60 days since I ordered them. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TOM THIS COMPANY! THIS COMPANY SUCKS. Seems as if only 1 person who left a review has gotten their order to their satisfaction. NO ONE ELSE HAS. Contacting my bank for fraud.

I ordered bras on April 23, they took money from my account. I have contacted them by email 3 times, and they keep sending me a tracking number that says my shipping label has been made and that's it. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money and was told they cannot do that. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Do not order anything from these people they are horrible.

Ordered bras on Apr 15. Finally they sent 2 should of been six! Trying to get my money back now. No support at all. They suck. Today is june 15 that's a long time to be dissapointed. Please refund me now. Order35669

Don't buy from this company. I ordered on the 1st of April and I have not received anything. On 5 May, they sent me a tracking number. The tracking simply said that the product had shipped from China and then nothing. When I check the tracking now, it says that the tracking has expired. I have sent two emails requesting a refund, and I have not heard back.

No communication what so ever. Doesn't respond to emails. Product doesn't do what it's supposed to do at all. Returns are ridiculous and impossible. Like how are you supposed to try it on and have it perfectly compressed for return as it came?

I received my bras on June 1st that I ordered April 14th. I figure, no problem, with Covid-19, things are bound to be delayed. The deal on the site was buy 2 get 1, I paid for 3. Again, I thought, it happens. But I received the bras, one had holed in it. I sent a picture asking for either a refund or a new bras, they offered to refund half what I paid for one bra. When I told them that was not acceptable, they said I could ship back the bra to China, at my own expense, and they would refund me. Shipping to China is the same cost as the bra! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I wasn't able to contact them in any way....
No contact with the HAVRHOND company.
No tracking number.
No Information about my order.
I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money with this.

My first review identified them as a scam because it has been so long since I placed my order and hadn't received any merchandise. Well I was wrong!!! I received the 3 beautiful bras that I ordered. Havrhond I apologize for discrediting your business.

Ordered months ago and never received my order - they basically stole 44.91 from me. DO NOT ORDER THESE BRAS!!!

Did not receive item, seems to be a scam

Hi, I too ordered the bra deal buy 2 get 1 free. I ordered the first of March. The package finally came today. The return address on the package was from Jamaica, not China. Just as bad! Inside the package was only 2 bras. There was a card in it had an email for support. I have no idea whether or not it is legit. It said they would get back within 24 hours. We'll see. When I tried to get to their store the store doesn’t exist any longer. If I get no response I will contact PayPal about the money I spent. I definitely will research in the future.

Haven't received it yet but I accidentally ordered more than I was supposed to and they refunded my money. Might be delayed due to COVID. And they did update the tracking when I contacted them.

I got scammed also. Took my money 2 months ago and got not bra.. Scam company
