Hawkhost is always very responsive whenever I've had an issue that I needed help with. Fast, courteous and nonjudgmental (if I caused the problem in the first place). I have and will continue to recommend their hosting services at every opportunity. I've tried others over the past 20+ years. There is no comparison in my experience.

I've got no complaints. Customer service is responsive, but I can't remember the last time I contacted them. My biggest issue with a host is uptime. Other than one relatively long outage over a year ago, they've been fine.

Very quick customer support when you need it! If you need to ask them a question, they normally answer within minutes. It's quite outstanding.

I have been using Hawk Host since 2012. It was a little expensive at first, but then they created a cheaper plan, so I switched to it.

As the first hosting package was successful and became the cheapest as far as I know, I created more and more accounts. Now I have more than 20 there.

The only problem is that sometimes someone on their network send spam mail and that IP is banned by Spamhaus and other mail service providers. Hawk Host takes action immediately, and they will unban it soon, of course.

So fraudulent accounts like that will get banned and may write a bad review in a place like this as a retaliation. That's too bad.

If you do not want your IP banned like that, get a special IP for you. Hawk Host can do it now.

I have been with Hawk Host since September, 2008, availing of their shared hosting.

Throughout the 17 year period the service has had excellent uptime. Support tickets are answered swiftly and the replies were usually detailed enough for me not to need further questions. Definitely not "copy-paste" replies

The price of my hosting even went down, compared with when I launched my sites 17 years ago. I consider Hawk Host to be excellent value for money, technically competent and to have superb reliability.

I would recommend Hawk Host to anyone looking for fast and reliable webspace, either for commerce or private.
