Worst hosting provider of all. Stay away from this hosting provider. They retatliated against us for requesting service cancellation by suggesting that we perform an action that shut down our website and emails causing substantial financial loss to our business.

I have been a customer since 2008. Hawk Host is a professional organization dedicated to providing excellent services. In the times I have needed support, they have been responsive and communicative. This is especially true if I am the one causing the issue I am asking for support on. Billing has been straightforward and honest. After doing considerable research for a basic Web site hosting plan I chose Hawk Host for my small business, registered and paid for 1 year only to learn one week later when looking to set up my website that I had no products and the status of my account was Fraud. There was no follow up nor any attempt to contact me.
I certainly have no intention of proving to them they are mistaken and will move my website to a hosting provider that actually wants customers.

I have been using a Shared Hosting plan on Hawk Host for over 4 years. Everything was great. However, in the past 8 months, the website has been running very slowly.
Especially when posting articles in the backend, the website almost always returns a 503 error.
After about 4 months of asking professionals to check for any code issues, everyone confirmed that the code in my WordPress website was not the problem.
I submitted a request to Hawk Host.
They responded by advising me to check the plugins and the website template on WordPress.
I proceeded with the following:
I disabled all plugins on all websites.
I switched all templates to WordPress’s default theme, Twenty Twenty-Four.
However, after checking the host, the CPU Usage was still around 50% and sometimes reached 100%.
This means that, whether my website is hosted or not, the CPU Usage remains over 50%.

I have been thoroughly disappointed with Hawk Host’s disregard for DMCA compliance. I reported a website hosted on their servers that blatantly violated my copyrighted work. Despite following proper procedures and filing a legitimate DMCA notice, Hawk Host failed to take any action or even acknowledge my tickets.
This lack of response is concerning, as it shows they either do not take intellectual property rights seriously or lack the professionalism to address such matters in a timely manner. Copyright protection is a critical issue for any legitimate hosting provider, and their negligence in this regard raises serious doubts about their overall commitment to customer service and legal responsibilities.
If you're looking for a hosting provider that values copyright compliance and offers responsive support, I cannot recommend Hawk Host based on my experience.

It's like 4 years I have an account with them. If you are a professional of digital marketing you don't expect from a hosting that they are caring like your pedicure or spend time snuggling with you. You want them to be solid, and, in my experience, they are. I had one downtime only and it was totally solved in one day. The speed of the shared hosting is acceptable (they could still improve but it's better than many others). The customer service is helpful. Some other hostings offer real time customer service, and make you pay a lot for it. Other hostings give you the worst customer service possible and offer crazy prices. If you want something in between that will let you sleep well in the night and won't cause issues with your customers, you can rely on them.

I signed up for this on Black Friday during a sale. I wound up getting my plan really cheap prepaid for 1 year. I needed to move my wordpress site over from my old host and I was having a lot of problems making it happen.
As a last ditch effort I reached out to their support... With some info from me they were able to move the site.
I was truly at the end of my rope and am very happy so far with hawk host.

Never choose this hosting company again. Have been using their service more than 1 year and chose auto subscription payment.
paid via PayPal on 2023/11/13 for small-size website service duration from 2023/11/14-2023/12/13, found out the fact on 2023/12/01 ( cuz they’ll definitely cut off your service immediately).
Anyway the CS team told me the reason is payment on hold in paypal side, as a result I contacted with PayPal for querying, after 1-2 days still no response from them, therefore, I applied for a dispute.
Then here’s the reply from the team: we will not take any further action on resolving this issue until the dispute is closed which will result in your hosting service and all associated data being terminated.
After that thus I paid with another credit card, they’re still suspending the service you should get even say your payment makes them confused.🤣🤣🤣
What a great support team, if you want to experience what is support yourself, please choose them

Created an account and paid for hosting package via crytptocurrency and the package didn't reflect in my account.
They do not have a livechat support and you have to submit a ticket with no replies to the ticket submitted.
The next minute, i get to receive an email for refund and when i took the option, they have to direct me to a different website to create an account... i take it as a means to steal my personal info or worst, hack my wallet. Well, took the risk and created an account on the platform as directed and all i could get from it was them telling me to wait for 1 to 2 business days.
What rubbish
STAY OFF THEM!!!

today 11/7/23 many people experience website down from Hawkhost.
The problem is that:
they do not communicate
no notification to affected clients
no time estimation of the fix
no reply on emails
they even remove chat from their website.
Normal company will dedicate a emergency phone line but Hawkhost do not care about the customers.
We will be leaving ASAP, they are not reliable
