Happy Hawkhost customer for the past 7 years - I don't normally leave reviews, but need to chime in on my experience with Hawkhost over the past 7 years I've hosted with them. I've hosted both personal and business websites with Hawkhost, using both shared and VPS hosting, and some sites with fairly high volume. Their hosting has been excellent, their uptime has been excellent, and more importantly, I think their support is the best in the business. I have never had a ticket take longer than an hour to be responded to, even in the middle of the night if something is broken. They truly have 24x7 support. Their servers are fast because I don't think they overprovision them. 7 years ago I migrated away two of the big names in hosting because their servers were horribly slow. I couldn't be happier with that decision. I've been happy to always recommend Hawkhost to my colleagues when I hear they are looking for a low cost hosting provider

Stay away from HawkHost
Stay away from HawkHost! They promise many things but they provide nothing!
1. They say their help is 24/7 which is a complete lie, they never reply to threads for days and some times they don't even bother helping people out.
2. Their affiliate system is a complete scam, I suggested hosting to 4 people and I have got a commission for only one sale, while their customer support refused to give me any commission for the sales i have done.
3. Lastly, they promise 99% uptime, which is a lie! Their uptime is hardly 50%!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear you had this experience, it certainly isn't what we aim for, and isn't a normal experience for our customers. I understand its been a few years, so we can't fix the problems you had before, but we hope you'd consider hosting with us again!
Good hostng.
The specification of sever are shown - even for shared hosting. They decent host with great features.
Sometime support takes bit long to resolve.

So far so good after a couple of months. Their support has been amazing. I've submitted tickets all hours of the day and get responses within 15 minutes. Service has been reliable so far but will be spending some more time testing before moving client sites from my current provider.

If you are looking for an unethical hosting company then here's where to host your content.
Hawk Host, despite numerous requests to have it removed, have allowed a small client to continually post defamatory content about others and done absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue.
While some of the statements made on this site are true the obvious scope of the content is to rank highly in Google when someone searches for one of these individuals or businesses and defame the characters of the person being searched.
By definition, defamatory content is the communication of a false statement that harms the reputation of an individual person, business, product, group, government, religion, or nation.
Hawk Host, simply allow this to be hosted and for what...? A couple of dollars a month. Well good luck to them and their venture.
