Poor experience.
Doctor was 40 minutes late.
Pricing was not disclosed in advance of the appointment.
Staff said results could not be sent to me and only to my referring doctor even though I was paying privately. This is against my legal rights to access my own medical data.

Professor Fedele (oral medicine) is an exceptional consultant. His attention to detail when seeking to understand the history of my symptoms was excellent. A rare gem to find a consultant who shows the utmost care for his patients. It was my first consultation; I was anxious, and he put me at ease.

Also, his PA Kylie is professional, approachable and prompt with all areas of planning my visits. A great team.

I recently received care at London Bridge Hospital and was impressed from start to finish. Every member of staff I encountered was exceptionally efficient, helpful and caring. The environment never felt like a hospital; the treatment I received was outstanding. I felt completely confident that I was in very good hands throughout my stay. Mr Syed Shahzad treated my overactive bladder with aquablation of the prostate to reduce the effects of hyperplasia which made me need to go to the loo frequently. The operation was a complete success and it has changed my life for the better. Thank you .

I received rotator cuff surgery at The Wilmslow Hospital performed by Mr Jain and his colleagues, they were very thorough and professional throughout the process. The care taken by the whole team was exemplary from the first diagnosis and assessment all the way through to the final surgery.

I am an American living in UK and used to a very different path for mamograms than provided by NHS. After researching different options for a private screening I found HCA (Wilmslow Hospital) one stop breast clinic. The appointment wait time was near zero, as in I was able to book an appointment within the week I called. The staff was nice and knowledgeable and the appointment itself was quick and efficient (not rushed, there is a difference). I was also able to get my results on the spot as the tests were done by the radiologist. I was self pay and found the pricing to be reasonable as well. I will be returning to have my screenings done there annually and feeling much better about my overall health as a result.

HCA made what is a scary and worrying time, actually enjoyable. I was taken care of better than a 5 star hotel and the care and empathy was top notch.

Ok, the first doctor i saw was amazing, she told me, after blood tests, any payments over payed, would be refunded.
I was booked in to stay for 48 hours. My partner paid £6000 for my 2 night bed stay. Plus £375 for blood tests.
I booked in this hospital at 11.30 am, I had 1 scan on my wrist to be told, I had minor arthritis wear. That is normal for me.
I was checked outat 6.30pm. My stay was 7 hours. My partner paid £6000 for a 2 night stay.
This payment has wiped both of us pensioners out. No one had come to me to say we would be refunded for after the 7 hours I used their room for.
That was minimal, I can assure you.
My partner is owed a subliminal amount from this company, which I very much doubt he will receive.
Please, if you are searching for private health care, avoid this company at all cost.
We have lost life savings accrued to this company, don't let yourself be another victim.
Do not choose your health care by reviews that may not be legitimate.
Trust me, someone who was fooled by false kindness and false information.

I had an excellent experience. The staff very nice, understanding. Professor Roger Wolman is an excellent consultant. The whole staff in the hospital were so helpful
