Amazing prices for the quality of the shoes! Fast delivery! 100% recommend!!

Worse company I have ever ordered from and still haven’t got my item because they messed up. It’s here since the 16th December but an post won’t give it to me because they messed up and they never write back after days of emailing them, literally cost me 250 euro and they are no help at all! Don’t waste your time with these lot.

Please avoid buying from these scammers.. they took my money and didn’t give me my exchange. After raising a dispute with PayPal they tried to say they never received my return. Lucky I had all of the receipts and emails to prove different

Used HC Personal shopper a few times now ,and always received brilliant service and great trainers.

One of my orders came in the wrong size.The customer service were quick to respond and get me the correct size re sent out.

Bad communication they sent the wrong size then said they never had the size i originally ordered as they was then out of stock Avoid such bad customer service

Best service I’ve received from a personal shopper. From the website to talking to the team on instagram was all brilliant, the website is so easy to use and easy to find what you are looking for. I ordered a pair of Givenchy Trainers on Wednesday night and received them this morning. Aside from the quick delivery, the shoes themselves were such a good deal for £300 when I saw the the same ones elsewhere for way over £500. They were attentive and quick at replying to my questions on Instagram, and when I asked for more photos of the shoes they sent them over right away. I can't fault the service at all and would definitely order again from here, and recommend them to anyone thinking of ordering.

Avoid like your life depends on it,
ordered shoes, paid them told they were the wrong price, asked for a refund told it was getting processed then to my surprise they sent them (by mistake). when they arrived I asked how I return them for credit and their true colors came out, I got rude, sarcastic messages on Instagram, then laughed at because I wanted a refund. if it wasn't for PayPal they wouldn't of refunded me.
I found the same shoes on a reputable company's website, bought delivered no problem at all, even cheaper

Customer service is absolutely shocking
