Instructions were pretty Stright forward, great chair

Excellent experience will buy again! Quality product very well built. Small damage from mistreatment in shipping, notified HDCanada and they called me on a Sunday morning to make it right. Great experience. Will be a repeat customer.

Got one 2 weeks ago. Installed it.
1- The installation instruction is very vague.
2- the handle for the height is not working properly.
3- it doesn't look like an stable chair. When I lay forward it's like gonna raise and flip.
4- only one week after practically using it now the sutures coming off. (Here, it doesn't let me upload picture)

Generally not happy. Specially that I bought almost close to Black Friday, and Id seen many good quality chair in stores having perfect deals,, maybe less expensive than this.

I was and am very satisfied with my gaming 8989 High Back Office Chair. I'm 5'7" and the head-rest pillow is in the perfect position for neck-support as I recline and kick back. The build of the chair is very sturdy and relatively easy to put together. The hardware comes well packaged and the assembly manual is clear enough. I just had a moment or two with the bolts and where each is to be used (the different sizes of bolt aren't that clear in the manual). That aside, using a bit of common sense and trouble shooting to figure out what goes where I was able to build the chair quick enough and start enjoying this great quality chair. It came very quickly and well packaged. Nothing was cosmetically wrong. I do not have any complaints. I love all the features and functions this chair has to offer. I am comfortably writing this review in this very chair at the moment. So glad I found HDCanada Furniture!

So far the chair is awesome, it has a nice look, it’s very comfortable! The lumbar massager works well so far, though I’ve only tested it a few minutes so far! Where I remove the .5 star is because the plan to build the chair could be clearer, less of a struggle to figure out. The USB cord for the massager could be longer, and on the left side instead of right, and the adjustable armrests can be a tad annoying as just to lean on them can change their angle. A locking mecanism would be an improvement for them! Just small suggestions to help improve the chair!
Otherwise, great chair, great service!

The chair was delivered fast with all the parts, which were all wrapped carefully. I had a problem connecting the the back to the seat, I contacted the seller by phone & they told me how to do it, (not explained in the instruction very well) so I follow their instructions from the phone call and it all came together quite fine.

It's okay quality for price not comfortable at all though sadly

The material is bad, the screws and bolts doesnt matched that got me hard time...i will return the other one and will not pay the last two payments...

It was just like a joke when I saw a post in Facebook then I went to do some research and found the website then checked out their product. Really Nice product and easy fo put together, so comfortable and very clean and beautiful materials. My office space became one more time like a real office.
